So Taco Bell is always good food and sometimes they make mistakes. The workers are human. We recently had ordered take out and when we came home we noticed the order was not correct. We called the manager Maria and explained what happened. She immediately apologized and then offered to give us the order again the next time we visit. Well that was this evening. Maria was not there but the second shift manager, Peter stepped in. Peter was just awesome! We told him what had happened and he not only gave us the order, but he gave us some drinks and extra food just for our trouble. Peter is the epitome of what a manager should be. I think the staff here who were on the shift tonight have basic understanding issues. Whoever was taking our order couldn't understand a SIMPLE order for two burritos and kept adding some nonsensical shit to our order. We'd tell him what to correct and he'd screw something else up. Finally he got the order right on the screen after a full 6 or 7 mins of trying to explain to this idiot what we wanted. Eventually when we collected the order, the receipt had the two items stated correctly but our bag had an extra burrito for some reason. We asked them if this really was our order. They checked and said it indeed was and they've given a free burrito. We told them we don't want an extra burrito - so they took it out. We came home and tried eating the burritos but they were the wrong order. Those weren't the burritos we had ordered. The scatterbrained idiots in fact had given us someone else's order (although the receipt we got was for our own order). We were too tired to drive back to Taco Bell and fight for two burritos. I go to this Taco Bell on lunch because it's closest one near my job. I've learned though if I'm wanting Taco Bell to wait until I'm off because this Taco Bell's got to be the worst as far as quality of the food they are serving. I took my daughter there for lunch yesterday and paid $12.50 for a Mexican Pizza and a chicken quesadilla. The Mexican Pizza was so sloppily out together that I couldn't see where each piece started and ended. The last piece and nothing hardly in it just two pieces of toastada shells with a little beans no meat. The quesadilla believe it or not was worst!
