One of our favorite places to get a good ol fashioned burger with lots of ingredient options. We always get lettuce wrapped and it hits the spot. They're always generous with the fries so a small order is definitely enough for 2 people. People complain that it's bland but I actually like it -- not overly sauced or salted. It's healthier. Easy to order online and have it ready for pick up. One time, they didn't package it well and the sauce leaked. They were good about giving us a refund for the mess. The guy who took my order was great very good recommendations and he was patient. The girl however was not so nice..... I ordered the Cajun fries and it was waaaaay too much seasoning so I asked her to change it to the regular fries and she said that they have to put that much seasoning or they will "get in trouble" I felt awkward & wasn't able to enjoy the fries it had too much salt. Visited this place to get some fries on a Sunday afternoon. The place is nice and clean. Staff is really friendly. They have nice outdoor seating that was clean and there was plenty of space. As always Five Guys fries quantity is huge that can be shared easily. This five guys is located in a plaza that has lots of other businesses so parking could get tricky so you might get a parking spot away from the store. I ordered thru grubhub but did the pickup myself. Once I arrived they started on my fries. Its been a while since I have been here but I understood the wait. The last time I came I got less fries so I was already expecting that however when I got home the bag was filled. I was so hungry I forgot to take pics. The "Hamburger" consists of two patties versus one with the "Little Hamburger". There are a variety of toppings and sauces offered, and I top my burger with mustard, tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, pickles, and jalapeños. Burger is juicy and tasty. A must try are there Cajun fries. They overfill a paper cup placed in a paper bag with fries. Beware these are addicting, best to share lol Something cool you'll find is that they offer free, unlimited amounts of salted shell on peanuts. Came in Wednesday at 11:00am. We were the first guests in. When we received our food I found a moldy onion on my burger. I went to one of the employees and showed him and told him they need to check their onion because they have mold on them. He said "no that's not mold". And we argued for a moment until he said "yes that's mold I'm sorry do you want a refund." I told him I just want him to check the onions and make sure no one else gets mold on their food. In my opinion, their burgers are comparable to In-N-Out, but arguably slightly better. From a toppings perspective Five Guy's boasts a hefty 15, vs. In-N-Out with 5 or so. My complaint is for April 5th, 2021, around 12:30PM. So I decided to eat inside. When I got my food, they didn't give me the bottle of soda I ordered until I asked and the same thing happened with my friend. That's the first complaint. The other issue is that the workers yell across the restaurant at people. A woman set her purse down on one of the closed tables for a brief moment and was yelled at from the worker station to where she was across the store. Later on, I was sitting down at one of the high tables. I had my leg up on the chair next to me, not my shoe, just my calf on the chair. The guy who looked to be the shift lead or manager? I assume he was since he was the only one in black. But yeah, he yelled at me to take my "foot" off the chair from across the restaurant. My leg was on it, not me foot. I understand why he would want me to take my leg down though. I'm okay with them asking me not to have it on the chair. But to yell at me from across the restaurant that's filled with people? It was incredibly rude and embarrassing. I honestly never have complaints and never leave bad reviews on anything because I know people are usually trying their best in the service industry. Peanuts while you wait (self serve), lots of menu items to choose from (even a vegetarian offering), shakes, outdoor dining (some people brought their dogs), kid friendly (crayons and paper on the bulletin board near the bathrooms), friendly employees and lots of fun. The only hitch that we ran into is that the temperature on the inside was a bit cold for our taste, but we just sat outside and problem solved. My entire family agreed that this was waaay better than the Almaden location. The kids finished their food and were trying to lick the shake cups clean. Two thumbs up! I don't really like milkshakes. I've never been a fan. However, this Five Guys has the BEST milkshakes I've ever had. I'm not sure why exactly. It's the perfect balance of sweet and creamy and the right texture and thickness to drink through a straw. Why others can't get this right I don't know, but Five Guys does.
