I feel like most people rate fast food joints only when they have a bad experiences. So I needed to give this TB a shout out! Customer service was pretty good. Everyone we spoke to was polite. We did two orders with one in the restaurant and one through drive through. I believe they were short handed so service was a little slow, but I could tell they were trying hard to get through the orders. It was certainly worth the wait. I got a taxi with extra cheese and pintos and cheese cup. Both came out hot. The taco was a great taco! There was a lot of meat in my taco and that's never a bad thing! The shell was still hard which I would say 80% of the time our tacos my family gets are soggy. The bean cup with extra red sauce was delicious! Now I will add I am rating this from a Taco Bell perspective, I am aware that this fast food style and not authentic. Extremely concerning and threatening behavior from the management. On July 13th at noon, I poured some water out of my car, and the manager reacted aggressively, glaring and trying to intimidate me. This dude loves Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell. The homie who works there with the tattoos is also the nicest dude ever. He appears to be a believer in the Bell. Everything was expertly wrapped, hot, prepared, cheesy, with lots of sauce. If I lived nearby I'd be 300lbs and eating here every day. Remember when there was a $5 naked chicken taco box? I ordered this box because someone has recommended that specific taco. The backstory is, I have never liked taco bell and had avoided it for 10+ years. I quickly found out why. I was amazed when I got the box. It was packed full of goodies and everything looked like the photo! The vegetables were identically chopped and looking great! The hard taco shells were crispy and fresh. I was full and satisfied. 2 hours later I was doubled over in agony with abdominal pain. Pain I had never felt in my life and never felt since ripped through me. To this day I ponder which item had ruined me, and vow to never return. I was back. Never to buy anything for myself or others, but because the BF wanted to get something. Unlike me, he hasn't gotten anything besides gas from those boxes. Visiting from out of town so stopped by this Taco Bell, ordered drive-thru, and ate in the parking lot. Nacho fries were cold when we received them, and I ordered a couple Cheesy Gordita Crunches. Weirdly, the flat bread was soggy and stuck to the paper for being freshly made to order, causing the flatbread to tear or the wrapper to stick to it. I've ordered the crunch wrap supreme 3 separate times here each time after 9 pm, and they forgot the meat every single time. The employees know that you most likely won't open up each item till you get home, and when you find that your order is messed up they know you most likely won't drive back. Very nice bilingual staff. Very fast food preparation. The quality of the product was very good. The Taco Bell in La Canada Flintridge could learn a lot from this place, including how to staff with 50% fewer employees and get a quality product out faster than the toads in La Canada Flintridge. With the construction on the freeway overpass, would not recommend thinking that this is a quick off and on the freeway when heading Northbound. Was asked if wanted any sauce & I replied ketchup. Opened the box no Cinnabon bites nor. Ketchup. So I paid 7.50 for a small drink, steak quesadilla & hash browns.
