Drive Thru problem, left drive thru promised everything was in the bag and sticker for my safety. I pull out not to be rude to the customer behind. Checked bag and noticed my 3 cin twist were missing. I noticed the drive thru was 10-15 cars deep. I ran up to the window on foot. Explained nicely that my they forgot my 3 twist. They gave me one in a bag. I showed my receipt showing I bought 3. They brought me 2 more this time with attitude 'like this time it's my fault'; "next time you have to come in your car". I was pissed by the comment. "I said next time give me the food I bought. I got 3 hungry kids I'm not going to wait 30 minutes letting the rest of the food get cold. Don't eat there the place is filthy and disgusting none of the tables in the dining room were clean there was food all over the place and on the floor and the counter where the napkins and straws are staff was very rude lazy loud this place needs a new manager and I don't know if that would even help this place needs to be torn down and should be run out of town not allowed to operate anymore I'm surprised more people don't have food poisoning from the Taco Bell on fun drive in Sandusky please don't eat there and voice your complaints so that something will be done. I have come to this location 3 times and every single time their machines have been "down" and found a hair in my food the first time coming. and now on my third visit we have been stuck in a half hour wait line and they tell us when getting to the speaker that they are only taking doordash orders. We placed an app order before 5:00 on Christmas Eve. We then headed straight to this location for our food. We were staying at a nearby waterpark, and this was to be Christmas Eve dinner for my family of 5. Well, when we arrived, there were several angry customers and DoorDashers in the parking lot, being completely and totally ignored by the employees inside. Everyone had ordered food, and then could not pick up their orders. Our order was over $50. Well, the employees actually had the audacity to park a vehicle across the drive-thru lane to block people from going through. They turned off the lights and ignored all the customers outside. Had they just cancelled our order? Fine. But no. They marked it as completed, and ready to pick up....Umm, clearly this wasn't the case. We tried to cancel the order since clearly, we were not receiving our order. The app said we could not cancel. No one answered phones. No one even acknowledged us or the several other customers going without the meals that they paid for. I am currently complaining to corporate and disputing the charge with my bank. This is seriously shady, though, and basically amounts to theft. Not to mention, my family's holiday dinner was ruined. Would not recommend. read more

This taco bell is also a long john silvers. Came here with a group of three, two looking to get fish, one for tacos. We waited in line almost 30 minutes. It was bike week and there was also a convention in town and we really wanted the food so we decided to be patient. There was only one person taking orders and she was getting all the drinks, too, which was unnecessary since they had a drink machine and just took more time. When we finally got up to the front they said they weren't serving long john silver's anymore since it closed at 10. It was 9:45 and we had been in line since just after 9:10. It really sucked to wait that long for absolutely nothing. The two of us who wanted fish ordered drinks and they gave them to us for free. We waited an additional 15-20 minutes for the food order to be ready. Well those of us who wanted fish REALLY wanted them since we don't have a long john silvers near our home. So we went back later. That wait time was only 20 minutes total to get the food, but still took way too damn long. read more

Food is well made but service is very slow. We waited at the register for 2-3 minutes before anyone else came to take our order. This was the way it went for anyone else that walked in. One couple left. Making the food took quite a while as well. My guess is that they run a skeleton crew during the months when Cedar Point is closed, which is an interesting strategy considering this is right outside a big shopping center that seems to be pretty busy year around. read more

Me and atleast 8 other cars sat for about 20 minutes stuck in a line because the order taker "wanted to take care of her inside customers first" who were apparently much more important then the line of cars that couldn't even get out of line to leave. When we finally get up to the window we didn't even get so much as an apology or anything. I'm pissed. Beyond belief and you can be damn sure I'll be calling the manage in the morning. I have been here tons of times and I always enjoy getting my 2 5 layer burritos and my 2 soft tacos. Depending on my mood and what's in my wallet I add a crunch wrap supreme. And I always always get a baha blast with my meal because it goes perfect with my tacos. I go after work or late at night with friends it is confident and right off the highway for an easy drive home. Although their service isn't the best and their manager is rude and gets upset if you take too long to create your order and isn't guest friendly in any way. She just wants to collect her paycheck and go home. But besides the service Taco Bell has amazing food and delish tacos and I'm excited about their new breakfast menu yay. read more

I went there one time a few years ago and they had a sign on their drive thru window saying that they were closed because all their employees had quit. I went there again and luckily they were open. I absolutely LOVE taco bell. My most favorite place over any other fast food place. This place disappointed me. The food took forever, at least 30 min after I placed the order on the kiosk. My freeze and getting the cup for the other drink took just as long. Seriously? Also, when the freeze was filled, there's a dome on the cup for a reason. She only filled it to the top of the cup, not in the dome. I asked if she could fill it up all the way (because that's what its for), she rolled her eyes as if it was so inconvenient.
