I know fast food doesn't get great reviews but I believe people expect too much of them. They aren't a fine dining experience. They provide food quickly for relatively cheap. Lately I have been ordering from the Cravings Value Menu and have been satisfied. It always fills the Taco Bell hole in my heart. I went yesterday for dinner. I ordered on the app for pick up and got the 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt, Classic Stacker, Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, and the Cantina Chicken Burrito. The food quality is consistent and I am left full with a happy heart. read more

Food is usually ok at best but honestly there's better Taco Bell's in the country. For some reason little pieces of greasy lettuce in my quesadilla gross. The building in general not clean. Service is fast but at the cost of it coming out inconsistent. Sometimes I don't complain but other times I don't finish my order from where incredibly hit or miss. read more

Made a mobile order. Waited and waited, even after I got a text that my order was ready. Finally get someone's attention and my order is sitting at the metal table at the drive thru. Clearly says Mobile Order Pick Up at the counter! This throw back menu is a disaster, too. None of this is as good as they were back in the day. The green sauce bean burrito hardly had any sauce and it definitely isn't what it was, way back. Not as strong flavor as it used to be or spicy.....The Meximelt is a tiny little over priced joke. I'm not even going to bother with the Tostada or Gordita, when the previous 2 throw back items are overpriced failures. read more

For fast food it's not bad but often they get the order wrong or they forget to put everything in the bag which is totally frustrating. Last time they left out 3 items. If I go again I will definitely check before leaving. read more

Everything I ordered was disappointing, even for Taco Bell standards. Things were missing. My beef chalupa was chicken. My crunchy taco was in a Doritos shell, and had lettuce when I asked for no lettuce. My 5 layer burrito was half the size it was supposed to be. The drive through was fast. But at what cost? I might have to go to a different, farther away, TB from now on. read more

Holy guacamole, speaking about guacamole it was the worst ever, I a 15 year old could make better. The steak and chicken was burnt and under seasoned, and $23 for one of the worst meals of my life I will not be eating here ever again and I say you guys should not as well. just wanted to say ashley at the taco bell drive thru is AMAZING. like fr she made my whole day better just by being super nice and chill. She was so friendly. she repeated my order to make sure it was right (it was kinda long lol) and she was patient the whole time. when i got to the window she smiled big, handed me my food fast, and even gave me extra sauce without me asking. everything in the bag was right and the food was hot too. it's rare to get that kind of service anywhere now. ashley u crushed it someone give her a raise plz. will def be back just cuz of her read more

Came here last night through the drive through and ordered a Crunchwrap, Mexican pizza and a bean burrito. The staff was really nice and brought out the food really fast. The amount of ingredients they put in each food item was amazing. I realized how much my local Taco Bell cheaps out by not putting enough beans or rice or sauce etc Heck even the soda tasted better lol Appreciate the night drive thru staff, they did great read more

i never thought that i'd be writing about a fast food chain LOL might delete idk i only stop by when they're selling fries, and the *large* nacho fries just came out. we got 2, but only after leaving did we notice that the boxes weren't even filled. as in barely adequate even for the regular. not like the world is ending, but i had a rly long day at work so kinda sad since i wanted a little snack :( and idk if i got someone's old fries bc these were also stale... i know fast food industries suck and are stressful af but tbf we were like the second car w/ nobody behind us and there was at least 3 people in the kitchen. the service is usually efficient and accurate, but maybe there's new people? not only did they skimp on stale, lukewarm fries, they also rounded up the totals without asking ? it's just change that i didn't want anyways, but that was just ??? weird ??? most min wage workers (especially in the food industry) don't get paid enough to gaf but at least have some integrity man :( read more

I love Taco Bell. It is my go to fast food. Please just give me all the chalupas and ALL the mild sauce. This Taco Bell...well I don't have any love for it. Every time I go here (and of course I still go here because it's the only Taco Bell around..what's a girl to do), I end up dissatisfied with either the quality of the food or the incorrect order that I received. Went here recently to treat myself to a cravings box. Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and ended up with a regular taco. Tears were shed. Words were said (to my empty room). Hand gestures were made. This is not the first time the order has been wrong. I decided to make the best of it and tuck into the bean burrito and found it to literally be the worst burrito I've ever eaten in my life. Maybe I'm being dramatic but I don't care. I want to love you Taco Bell! Please stop making it so difficult. read more

They took forever again. All the workers there are slow and incompetent. It took forever for them to make my friends mobile order and we had to ask if they had it because they didn't put her order in the mobile order section of the counter. There were literally 4 people in the place idk how they could've taken so long. Also my friends food was cold by the time we got it. Also they were giving my friend mean looks the whole time we were there. Do not go to this location. read more

0 star. The whole order was basically wrong and cost $47. My Nacho Bell grande was just dry chips and sour cream with no nacho cheese or beans for $7. Barely any chicken, and instead of nacho cheese they sprinkled the tiniest sprinkle of shredded cheese humanly possible. Soft taco supreme was a log of luke warm meat with no sour cream and barely visible cheese. Completely inedible. I thought the point of getting fast food was for it to be cheap but I could've gotten anything (ANYTHING) else for cheaper, and I could've actually eaten it instead of throwing it away and going hungry. I have never left a review but this pissed me off enough to make it a first. I have not had a Taco Bell burrito since i lived in Tahoe one winter many many years ago. lately I've been there 3 times~ its just tasty, quick, super friendly guy at the window- I like the burrito supreme and a crunchy taco- very light on the stomach, not too much food. highly recommend if u don't feel like cooking! read more

this place used to be good. Now the food is band. Burrito tortillas not heated up. I didn't get any taco sauce but I got about 20 napkins. I thought the drive-through window for a few minutes, then finally someone said "hello?" I gave my order and the guy said nothing. I drove around to the window. He never even looked at me carrying on a conversation with a coworker. Did not say thank you have a nice day or anything. I won't go there again. read more

Twice in a row they've missed my extra crunchy taco in my Crunchwrap combo, and didn't give me sauce when i specifically asked. They also haven't been giving me my receipt ironically enough. I'm going to be checking my bag now before leaving. It feels like a rip off. 2pm shift needs to get their act together. Only leaving a review because it's a repeating thing now. The manager at this Taco Bell location needs some customer service training and training on how to talk to the customers .I can't understand how you can not understand the simple request of the customer.And on top of that not admitting his mistake, but have audacity to argue with customer when he is wrong. This location can do better without him as every time i have been to this location i never encountered any problem with my order.I have noticed that employees are under pressure when he is around and things are smooth when he is not working. read more

Someone behind my car ran into me today while I was ordering at the speaker. I attempted to get out and exchange information with the the other driver and was RUDELY told that I needed to pull forward because their order time was being clocked and somehow seems the employees felt they were gonna be penalized and rushed me, rudely, through the line. I know this policy has been in effect at Taco Bell for a while... but in no way does that policy matter more than my vehicle or the safety of its customers. I wanted a brief interaction with the other driver. That's all. The way the employee spoke to me was unprofessional at best. THEN the food wasn't even completely prepared and the order was incorrect. OVER PRICED, NON-GUARANTEED SERVICE. After I ordered and was waiting for my food, the employee brings my order to the pick up section, looks for the name while turned away from the customers and says my name mockingly to her boss while I am grabbing my food. Her boss then gives her a playful nudge and says "Cállate"(shut up). This place used to be awesome at special orders (no cheese in particular), but has dropped off a cliff the last few months. Seriously this is now the fourth time in a row I stopped by for a quick taco with no cheese only to be served a taco supreme with extra cheese...this location sucks and I don't plan to ever come back. The customer service at the window was so horrible. When I first drove up I asked the girl if she would give me a minute to look at the menu and she gave me 10 seconds and proceeded to tell me that she was waiting for me and that I needed to hurry up and tell her my order, even though no one was behind me. Then when I got to the main window to pay I asked where the straws were and with attitude she told me they were in the bag. read more

That said, from a food standpoint this is squarely average Mexican and I mean that as a description rather than a complaint. The flavors are familiar and approachable, which is clearly the point and clearly what keeps the regulars coming back. If you know what you want from a California Mexican restaurant you will find it here without any surprises. For me personally the food lacked depth. The spices weren't really present, the richness that defines real Mexican cooking at its best was not really on the table. Nothing was bad, nothing was memorable. It sits comfortably in a category that the region has no shortage of, solid, safe, and consistent. Manuel's has clearly earned its loyal following over the years. If you are a local regular or want a reliable, unfussy meal in a lively space you will leave satisfied. If you are chasing bold flavors and the kind of complexity that makes Mexican cuisine one of the world's great food traditions you may find yourself a little underwhelmed.

Loroco is an edible, unopened flower bud from a Central American vine, and is a staple in Salvadoran cuisine, especially in pupusas. When the dish came it just tasted like spinach! Take a look at the pictures. Burritos was were i was disappointed, the gave a platter instead of Burrito, but they quickly complied to take it back wrapped it up in tortilla. But when we split rice and bean was on one side and vegetables on the other, which diluted the whole experience. We got another burrito to go, which was also folded wrong Wow I learnt how wrong way of folding a Burritos can bring this much difference. Also their Jalapenos were not having the kick. So this trip did not turn out well. So reducing a star. Hope next time they will earn it back. .
