    Happy people, great food!
    Liz C.

I have tried many things there. Everything is so good. Nothing should stop. It's a unique menu! Very flavorful items on the menu! Yam cakes with or without chicken are absolutely delicious as well as any dish on the menu. So so good! burgers, seafood and salads quite a few other things, they serve a full bar as well. And they have a new side patio, where they will do special events/parties for people. It is a beautiful outdoor setting and a comfortable place! You can bring your pups! The employees are so kind and on top of it! I love this place

This time we diverted from the nasty nes and tried the Green Chile Burger, where they add Green Chile to a healthy burger, and I thought it was a very tasty boiga! Not only the green chile part, but the patty was thick and delicious. Also that small salad hits the spot!

Cowboy Bar & Grill is a nice spot with a great vibe to relax and enjoy a snack or meal on Hwy 9. Towering redwoods stand tall over the outdoor patios, where one's furry family members are welcome. Our server, Maura, and the staff were quick & friendly, and seem to work together as a team. We ordered their Upstream Salad, which is a grilled salmon filet over premium greens, with chunks of green apple, dried cranberries and almonds, and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano. There was a certain flavor to the salmon filet, so I asked our server - the flavoring was turmeric. The spice added a buttery taste to the salmon, without adding any bitterness or other bold flavorings. Delicious. Our order of their Fish & Chips consisted of three large fish filets coated with a nice light beer batter. It was served with French fries that were done perfectly well - crispy on the outside with a pillowy interior. There is limited inside dining and two patio seating areas to enjoy eats and drinks. Adult librations are available; they offer an excellent selection of craft brews. The restaurant only has a single restroom, which is clean and gender neutral.

Excellent food, inc gluten free, in small town setting. Excellent service with friendly wait staff and quick turnaround.

This is a great spot if you're hiking nearby and looking for a bite to eat. My friend and I came after visiting Fall Creek. It was a Monday afternoon and pretty quiet. Service was friendly and we were able to snag a shaded spot on their tranquil patio. The menu featured some interesting looking salads and bar & grill (elevated) fare. My cranberry apple salad had the option to add tempeh, which was a nice touch. It also came with some grilled cornbread which I really enjoyed. We also split the yam cakes-those are a pass. Presentation was sloppy and they were just okay. Overall, it was a nice relaxing meal in a forest setting. Highly recommend if you're in Felton.

I recommend this place to anyone looking for good food at a great price! They have a large menu with options for everyone. My favorite dish is the pig wings. If you aren't sure what a pig wing is, you will just have to try it and trust me that it's one of their best items on the menu. Also be assured that the portion sizes of their entrees will be filling.

Looking for a close place to eat after our redwoods train ride, we choose this based on decent Yelp ratings. Called for outside reservations and our table was ready upon arrival. A decent menu with lots of choices. Very good service and our food came out quickly. Kids menu choices (chicken strips, mac and cheese, fries) was enjoyed by the little guys. Our adult orders of a burger, chicken sandwich, ribs, chili, and salad were all great.

I was in the Felton area to shoot a wedding and decided to stop by here- and I'm so glad I did. The burgers are absolutely amazing - perfectly cooked with top-quality ingredients and a wide selection of good hearty meals to choose from. You can tell they really care about what they serve. The drinks are phenomenal across the board, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. The owners are incredibly kind and make you feel right at home. The outdoor seating is beautiful, with peaceful views of the redwoods that make the whole experience even better. Between the great food, welcoming atmosphere, and stunning setting, this spot is a true hidden gem that I'll keep coming back to.

Great food, friendly staff, and cozy vibes. The jalapeño pineapple margarita is my go-to -- refreshing with the perfect kick -- and the bread pudding is an absolute must. Love relaxing on the spacious patio or chatting with the staff at the bar when I can grab a seat.

disappointed. drive by the place every time we're in Felton and finally went there Saturday night. i ordered margarita and it was like lime juice. food came and looked very un appetizing. the bbq ribs bland. The pulled pork fries so wet and nasty. Corn bread doesn't t aste anywhere close. There was a short haired hostess that sat us down and she's not friendly at all. She looked eeked when she saw us. But our server was very nice.

I went to Felton to check out the trains at the roaring railroad and we decided to have lunch at the Cowboy bar and grill afterwards. The place was empty on a Saturday afternoon and seating was no problem. We sat outside it was nice and clean had a cool fountain in the middle of the courtyard. We ordered the yahoo rib platter, the Baja shrimp salad and the shrimp appetizer. The shrimp appetizer was tough. The shrimp appetizer was pretty overcooked and chewy. It was not great. The Baja salad on the other hand was good the shrimp in the salad was fresher and flavorful. I also enjoyed the dressing. But the ribs were mid at best. Yes, the meat came off the bone tender but it had NO FLAVOR! No seasoning at all it was very bland. We had to drench it in BBQ sauce to make it taste good. The cornbread was also not good it had like re bell peppers in it and super dry and tasteless. The fries were nice though they were crunchy and salty they were good. All in all with the service which was good the waitress was a sweetheart I give it a 2 star review if the shrimp appetizer was fresh and they put seasoning on those ribs like a rub or something on it I would have given it 4 stars.

The music swings from emo to Shania Twain and somehow always works. There's solid outdoor seating if inside isn't your vibe. I've learned how to play Mario Kart on their little TV, discovered I don't hate Cats, and even squeezed in some laptop time (WiFi's a little iffy, but there are spots nearby if you need it).
