I don't know if the speaker of this Taco Bell place is broken or the people that work here are just genuinely stupid. The first time we ordered food here the order came out as we have instructed. On the 3rd of September we had a lady take our order, we asked for box number 9 and five crunchy tacos with no cheese. Then when we went to pay for the food, we had the box snd just ONE FUCKING TACO. The lady then says "oh well, you already payed for the one taco." ‍ Yeah? And we're telling you, that you fucked up our order and we'd like the rest of our tacos ma'am!? We had to drive around the drive thru again just to order the rest while on a time crunch -_- Now today, we both just got out of work and wanted some food. We ordered 6 crunchy tacos with no cheese and two baja blasts one is a freeze while the other wasn't. This time it was guy taking our order in the drive thru, we ordered the drinks first my bf had to repeat himself three times to clarify one was a freeze the other wasn't but both of them were both freezes and when we said that we wanted 6 tacos the guys said "okay you want 8 crunchy tacos?" Ordered the crispy nuggets and they come with the choice of two sauces which I asked the diablo and fire ranch. I was given one ranch with a hole in it and a couple diablo hot sauces, not the honey diablo dipping sauce that should come with the nuggets. Well with all the bad reviews I have a good one. The service was excellent for fast food. The lady ( Kalin A. ) that took my order was friendly and very nice demeanor. She even politely found a way to ask if I was a senior yet. Lol. Complicated me and said she never have guest I was as old as I am. Gave me a senior discount which I never knew or expected. New First Meal/Breakfast Review: A couple of months ago the AZ Republic had coupon inserts for Taco Bell's roll-out of their new breakfast menu. They call it The First Meal. Not being a breakfast person, I ignored it. Well, several months later, more and more TBs are starting to serve breakfast. Soon almost all their Phoenix locations will have it. What can you expect? Typical Taco Bell faire with some interesting twists. Their big new item, is something call the "AM Crunchwap". Your choices are either bacon or sausage. I tried the bacon and it's quite good. It's a little smaller than their normal Crunchwrap, maybe 3/4 of inch. It's filled with scrambled egg, bacon, cheese and a creamy Jalapeno sauce that gives off a little heat. Yummy! The key to the sandwich, besides the flavorful sauce, is a very thin circular hash-brown that is in the middle of the wrap. I liked it and it's priced at only $2.49 each. BTW, breakfast is served until 11 am. Should Mickey Ds next door start worrying? No. But along with their Bacon or Sausage Skillet (Soft Taco) for $0.99, it's a nice alternative. The Combo meal ran me slightly less than $4.00, excluding tax. Surprisingly, there doesn't seem to be any decent coffee option. When I paid, the server offered me a medium drink. Taco Bell's First Meal won't change my habit of skipping breakfast, but I might give them a try every couple of months. Wow, I just gave a Taco Bell Four Stars. D'oh! read more

The woman who is at the drive up window at lunchtime is awesome! She is friendly and does her job VERY well. My husband was out with his friends tonight so I went thru the drive thru about 730pm. Omg!!! The girl at the window was incredibly rude, didn't say one word and literally threw the bag at me in my car. Per my receipt, her name was Fatima. Good thing I'm a good catcher! I eat at this Taco Bell fairly often, usually just running in for the quick and cheap $2.99 meal deal (a best buy, hard to find on the menu board), motivated by a dining room that is really nice compared to most Taco Bells. On this night I was accompanied by extended family. Two unexpected things happened. First, I was offered an unexpected discount. Nice! Second, we were given some free cinnamon twists, prompted I think by the cute kids we had in tow. Even nicer! A great family outing at Taco Bell! Who knew?
