I come through the drive thru a lot. They are a little slow when it comes to making the tacos and stuff but overall it's a good place.

Taco Bell in seabrook NH is the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST DRIVE THRU ON PLANET EARTH and they have no business calling themselves a fast food restaurant and I only go there every few months but every single time I have to wait for at least 15-20 minutes to get served and that's with only a couple cars in the driveway thru because if there's more than 2-3 cars in the driveway thru I just leave because I would be waiting for at least a the half hour to get food and since I rarely go there this has to be a constant problem because it happens every single time without fail I have no idea how they stay in business because their food certainly is not worth the half hour wait time read more

Customer service here is rotten. The employees are all eating the food while taking orders. They're calling eachother stupid. The kid taking our order didn't bother saying hello. "For here or to go" is the greeting. Yikes. read more

First time I was waiting in the drive through behind two cars when an an employee came out of the side door and placed a closed sign in front of the car just in front of me. The employee then turned and began walking back inside without explanation when I rolled my window down and asked what happened he explained "there's only three of us"! Then this week I arrived at the store at 7:45 PM and they were already shut down though the site says they're open till 11:00 PM. read more

Absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been in! The place was disgusting and I can't even believe I actually ate there. You have to eat really fast because the amount of flies that are in this place in unbelievable. The place is filthy (which is the reason for all the flies) and that's just the restaurant, I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. The Colonel must be rolling around in his grave !! read more

This location shares it's store with KFC. At any given occasion taco Bell will be quicker than KFC , my wife eats here all the time usually she's served under 4 minutes drive thru or not. No one has messed up our orders here in the Many times we came. Love it. read more

I know it's an unusual request, but how hard is to make a taco with JUST CHEESE? my daughter is autistic and eats a very limited diet. My husband ordered the soft tacos and clearly said, no beef no lettuce; Cheese and tortilla ONLY! I understand mistakes happen, so we when realized the tacos were wrong, and were just beef in the tortilla - he went back. And again they gave him tacos with just beef. I hate complaining, especially when I know the pandemic hit businesses hard, and now as restrictions are being lifted, it's hard to find good people. I wasn't going to mention the painfully slow 10-15 minute wait in the drive thru line- because I do get they're busy with half staff. If this was a one time thing I would not complain, but my daughter only eats limited things.. so Taco Bell trips can be between 1-4 times A WEEK! This location is always a mess (literally and figuratively) The sign right on the outside of the building as well as the website lists they are open until 11pm. I pulled up at 8:45 this evening and the woman just says "sorry we're closed" so I asked about the hours listed online and on their sign. She rudely stated they have no control over what the website says so no one should follow that and they've been closing at 9am for the last year and no one else has even asked about the hours or mentioned the sign outside. This location was just re-done not that long ago so I know the sign isn't old. The hours listed on the physical location should match the hours you are open. Also, although it's just Taco Bell some customer service training would go a long way. It wasn't even 9am yet and she turned me away. I've seen this woman working at other places around town and never seems to last long so I'm sure she won't last long here either. read more

I went through the drivethru and I asked for Mac and Cheese. Didn't receive my Mac and cheese. Very disappointed, I understand they work hard but I was the only person in the drive thru. And they usually take forever to get you your food. If you are in a rush and want a quick bite to eat, this is not the place for it. I honestly don't know how this place is still open. It has consistently been getting worse and worse every year. The drive thru takes a minimum of 20-30 mins. Inside is no better as the people are rude and do not care. People have been out back making food and just screaming and swearing with no consequences from the manger as she did not seem to even care. I was given the wrong items multiple times and had to wait in a line of other people who had the same issue. When they gave me my correct items they were all cold and disgusting. I will never set foot in this disgusting place again. I seriously hope it just finally gets shut down this year. read more

I have to agree with most of the other negative reviews. This place is horrible. A 6 year old could run this place better. wait times in the drive thru is easily 10-15 minutes. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the world! The service is slow beyond believe when you're in drive-thru! I don't go to Taco Bell very often but when I do I'm always waiting in line for literally 10 to 20 minutes. And then when you finally get up to the window the employees are just walking around like zombies. I waited yet another 5 to 10 minutes for one loaded griller. And when another employee put it on the table next to the register, he didn't even bother to tell the kid who was doing drive thru. He just walked away! All I can say about this location is that I would rather drive 30+ minutes to the next closest one to get food. This place is the WORST I've ever been too. My food is ALWAYS missing or wrong. WOW I had taco bell for the first time in 9 years. I was so excited. My friend and I pulled up to the drive thru. It took us about 20 minutes until we finally got to the order window. The guy at the drive thru was very rude. I just wanted taco bell. Then we got our bag (of food) and in the bag were very crumpled up napkins that looked purposely shoved in there. It was very disrespectful in our opinion after waiting a long time and being treated rudely. However, the food was very good. Service sucked and quite frankly were down right rude and unhelpful and when questioned about their food products were very unknowledgeable. Tacos and burritos barely had anything in them basically I just payed a load of money for empty hard and soft shells... my best advice... avoid this place... Literally the slowest drive thru you will ever be in, and it's every time. I have never been there and gotten through the line in less than 10 minutes. One time it took 20 mins total. My melted cheese tasted like gas one time, had to throw it out. read more
