Two straight extremely rough take out experiences in a row. The main issue seems to stem from the lack of coordination with online orders, versus the onslaught of orders from people in the premises. If your online order system quotes a half hour, then the order should be ready within that timeframe. Sitting there holding your phone, asking for your food, to find out it has not even been started, does not work. I ordered a burrito bowl and guacamole, so nothing was cooked to order, it just needed to be assembled. At least this time they got my order correct, the previous time they omitted items I paid extra for.
