As I prepared to pay, I then realized that they charge a small fee for their customers who use a credit card. I was a little annoyed with this as well; so, I then decided to pay with cash. After getting a Dr. Pepper as my drink with my meal, I sat in one of their booths inside and waited for my order. The cleanliness inside was just ok. As I waited, I realized that this location does not have an internal restroom for their customers after one of their customers asked to use it. The cashier said that their restroom was outside, around the side of the building. After getting my meal, it appeared appetizing. The tacos were quite delicious, but the rice and beans were just ok. I also got some extra sauces to spice it up a bit. After departing, I noticed the restroom doors on the side of the building; They looked pretty ghetto. The outside landscaping was nicely maintained, but I was annoyed by the group of homeless people that were just camping on the grass outside this location under the trees. If I owned this business, I would ask the city to remove these individuals because they are not only an eyesore, their loitering presents a safety concern and an annoyance for their customers. It may even turn some customers away from this location as a result. Overall, the food here is pretty good, but in my opinion, this location needs to make a few improvements to deserve a higher than average rating.
