As the food truck businesses and concrete animals began to add the owner made the smart idea to brand the whole area the jungle food court. Which is unique as I've never really seen a permanent food truck food court. Overall I've yet to have a bad meal or snack at any of the 5 current food trucks and always receive great service. My 5 daughters love the decor and have taken plenty of fun and cool photo ops. I think the owner could be on to something. Mount Washington is a smaller city that neighbors Louisville. The Elote side was very oily to my surprise. I don't know what the oil was but traditionally it is with mayo, and or butter, lime, cilantro, and coteja cheese with Tajin or cayenne.
