This has got to be the filthiest Taco Bell I have ever been in. Does corporate never inspect these?

We swung through this Taco Bell on our way to Ohio. The staff were so friendly and kind. Food was correct and fresh!

Worst ever drive thru. We waited for 30 minutes to get our food. We could have eaten at a regular restaurant and be dine already.

Terrible. Waited in drive through for an hour. They literally spent 20 minutes on each persons order. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Waited a half hour for two tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Thought it was fast food. Cook was sluggish with every movement. Not impressed

Me and my oldest daughter came in here for a daddy daughter date for lunch on a Sunday around noon. We were seated immediately and greeted with friendly workers. Like most traditional Mexican eateries they start you off with complimentary chips and salsa. Which is always a plus. There chips and salsa were very tasty and the salads had a good flavor. Very similar flavor to another local favorite chain el nopal. For our entrees me and my daughter got something similar. I got the Pollo Feliz and she got the Fiesta Bonita. Whixh both consist of chicken, rice and cheese sauce. Only difference is hers also had shrimp and mine came with tortillas and refried beans. They both cost exactly the same so it's a push on price wise. We both liked our meals quite a bit. I took my tortillas and made 3 burritos and still had chicken cheese and rice left over to eat. So it's good portion size. Chicken had good flavor and unlike some places they do not skimp put on the cheese. My daughter also shared similar sentiments. She liked her meal a lot. So both good plates. Overall we had a nice time. Quick, accurate and tasty service. Indoors was pretty large and had a nice vibe. They had a tasty liking dessert menu but we was in a hurry on this trip as we had a recital to get to soon. So maybe next time we go we will sample the dessert menu.

There's a lot of fun decor to take in and music playing. The menus are lengthy and the food is good. I tried the Philly cheesesteak nachos and was not disappointed; the chips were covered in hot toppings. The servers are very friendly and have happily made suggestions when I'm looking to try something new on their expanding menus. They'll give you a buzzer so you'll know when your order is ready and the wait time is usually very reasonable.

Outside of the 5 food trucks (sissy tacos, Zoe ice cream, madeleines fruit shack, Tyson's knockout subs, and coltdaddys Philly cheesesteaks) the parking lot is filled with fun jungle and farm animal statues for photo ops. The food truck started as just sissy's tacos which was great and then grew to the very cool and tasty zoe Ive cream. As the food truck businesses and concrete animals began to add the owner made the smart idea to brand the whole area the jungle food court. Which is unique as I've never really seen a permanent food truck food court. Overall I've yet to have a bad meal or snack at any of the 5 current food trucks and always receive great service. My 5 daughters love the decor and have taken plenty of fun and cool photo ops. I think the owner could be on to something. Mount Washington is a smaller city that neighbors Louisville. It would not surprise me if someone eventually adapts a very similar concept in the city of Louisville.

I tried their Pollo Loco taco and their steak taco and the elote loco side. The Pollo Loco taco is dry. The tortillas were hard and felt like they were microwaved instead of warmed up on a stove top. Pollo taco Had good amount of meat, but it lacked flavor and tasted dry. The steak taco was better, It needed more onion and cilantro. I wish they had added some hot sauces because that's probably what they needed. The limes I was given were very dry, no juice came out of the 5 I was given. The Elote side was very oily to my surprise. I don't know what the oil was but traditionally it is with mayo, and or butter, lime, cilantro, and coteja cheese with Tajin or cayenne. Don't get me wrong I ate it all to try and give it a chance but I just wanted to give an honest review it was all very bland for my taste. Will be open to try other menu items in the future.
