My husband and I went in on Saturday morning, asked someone who was just coming back from smoke break if they were only serving breakfast or both( pretty sure she was the manager) . Not only did Taco Bell Shorewood undercook our food, totally screw up our order, $20 dollars worth of items we ordered, 3 food items were MISSING from order!!! But when I called to complain, and they sent us back, to "Make Good" on the missing items, and even offered to comp us the whole entire meal "FREE", we come back 2nd time, & they only replaced the 3 MISSING items!!! Not the entire order!! Which was promised on that phonecall. Sorry, but this operation is horrible & we will Never be back to Shorewood Taco Bell again, not after that crappy experience. read more

As usual, the order is messed up and incorrect, and Anna the manager laughs about me with her coworkers. After coming home and realized the order was incorrect, I called and spoke to the manager Anna. She asks me to hold and while she spoke with the other workers. I can still hear her talking to her workers and laughing at me. Totally disrespectful and unnecessary, and quite frankly I'm not surprised she's stuck managing the night shift. Surprising she's even a manager. I'm even surprised she's employed. I should get what I paid for. Nothing more. Nothing less. Anna was disrespectful, rude, and totally incompetent for this job. No wonder the reviews for this place are terrible. It all starts with how workers and managers treat their clients. Basically, Anna sucks at her job due to her lack of respect and etiquette. Already noticed corporate about her poor behavior and will take further action. Anna: got a tip for you... grow up? A formal complaint has been filed with YUM brands and Taco Bell specifically. Best taco bell location to date. Staff is amazing whether it's in the drive thru and making it quick or in the dining room where they'll walk arundel asking how everything is/was. It's always so clean too. I can not even comprehend why they would have two starts right now. Doesn't anyone praise anyone any more or only complain? Good job at this location taco bell! read more

I'm currently in the drive thru the menu is on they are open till 4am it is currently 3:06 am and nobody is taking my order. I tried calling the Taco Bell restaurant itself on my phone and it was just a continuous ring....ring....ring and so on with no answer. Went there 15 minutes before the lobby closed. They were locking up and would not let us in. Lost out on race he and customers. 15 MINUTES BEDORE TOO CLOSE. It takes 1 minute to make a taco like really? HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

Very inconsistent with their food. I think there is a curse with the surrounding area's fast food establishment employees. This particular Taco Bell always tastes gross after eating at the one on route 59 a few miles up the road where the food comes out the way it's supposed to, and you can tell the employees actually care. read more

my daughter actually went to this taco bell this week and was told we have no product lol then why are you open if you have no food? another time cars were around the building in line waiting at the intercom only to be told we are closed for maintenance lol so i went to the window and said why don't u put a closed sign up instead of everyone beeping at the drive thru, and one last thing they tape the bag up so you don't know they put no straws in the bag and your food looks like a mess read more

Was craving a late night taco so went to the only available place. The girl at the drive thru was very friendly and helpful. However, since when did it cost $14 for 6 taco supremes???? When we pulled up to the window, I questioned the cost. She quickly told us we would be better off getting the 10 pack. So, thinking she was great for offering tips on how we could save money, she then changed her tune and told us if we wanted supremes, we would be better off getting the 12 pack. So we agreed. And $20 later, and irritated, we left the drive thru feeling like we got taken advantage of. Never again will we be visiting this location. Plus, we got home (which is less than a mile away from our house) the order was wrong and the food was cold. Maybe this is why Taco Bell is struggling. read more

This place really needs to get it together so the first mishap i ordered 12 plain tacos I get home and the tacos only had lettuce and Tomatoe no meat! When I wanted plain meaning just meat didn't know I had to explain that one! Then about 2 months later forgot half the order and again today about another 2 months later forgot half the order came back this time and picked up what I thought would be 2nd half of the order and real shocker they managed to screw that up also! I went in here today and got stuck behind some jerk hillbilly who didn't think the service was good and was being a jack ass to the guy working the register, he said his name was Angel. I just wanted to say that Angel handled the disgruntled caveman very well. If the manager of the store gets a complaint from the customer I hope this helps, the customer was out of line. read more

WORST DRIVE THRU SERVICE EVER. If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes or more at a fast food drive thru restaurant, then this is the place for you. This is my fourth time waiting longer than 20 minutes each time hoping that they've fixed this problem. Needless to say, they have not. I will never be back at this one again. read more

this by far the worst franchise in Shorewood and should be ashamed of what they give to the consumer. I hope they either close it or get new management that care what they produce. after spending $48 to feed the visiting family, I found that what we have received in return was probably close to picking it out of the garbage. The plastic bag was lined with lettuce and tomatoes and all from the taco's itself. not of it was in the tacos??? the plain beef and cheese burrito grande's were filled with bits and pieces of what they come with if you just order them- non speciale! as if they scraped previously prepared burritos of the non essentials and re-wrapped them for my order. Ordered the new Nacho wrap and got none (my fault for not double checking after previous experiences of having incomplete orders). Obviously the is no leadership or management within this (PARTICULAR) establishment and the employees represent the following. Take Heed when hungry for something mexican and go to one of the many local mexican restaurants in the area. sure, you may have to wait a few minutes longer for your order but atleast you will know it isn't CRAP and NOT what you ordered. my 2 cents, STAY FAR AWAY! p.s. this was not our first, second or fifth time... we just assumed they would fix the problem. If I could rate "0" I would. Last night my husband and I went through the drive through around 10 p.m.. There was one couple inside and 2 cars in the drive through. We drove up to the window and they told us it would be a 15 minute wait, so we decided to go elsewhere. Today, I went there again...crazy I know...just really in the mood for Taco Bell. It was 1:30 p.m. and they again told us it will be a 15 minute wait. When I asked for a number to call to complain about their service, they said they didn't have a number for us to call. Okay so I've had really mixed experiences here. My friend was visiting from Germany and they don't have Taco Bell there so she pretty much wanted it every day. Lol. The last time we went though it was so bad that I probably will never return. We went at about ten pm through the drive through and our order was as follows: 1 Doritos locos taco (no cheese), 2 soft shell tacos (no lettuce), 1 cheesy fiesta potato (nothing on it), and 1 cheesy fiesta potato normal. They asked us what kind of sauce and we told them hot sauce. They asked us to pull up as it would be a few minutes. I kid you not, but 11 minutes later (since when is 11 minutes fast food?) someone finally shows with our food and starts to walk away before I can check the order but I instantly see they gave us the wrong sauce so I stop her and tell her I asked for hot not mild. She sighs and rolls her eyes and goes back in. When she returns by this point I've noticed that the cheesy fiesta potatos that we asked for nothing on them have cheese so when she returns for our sauce I tell her and she sighs and rolls her eyes again. When she comes back out the third time I've now checked the entire order and noticed that we never even received the Doritos locos taco with no cheese and so the woman is obviously pissed off when I tell her this (which by the way had she just checked my order in the first place or patiently waited while I did instead of running away so quickly she wouldn't have had to make these extra trips) so finally she comes back outside but the taco has cheese and no lettuce. Why would you not check after you've made three separate mistakes on this order before bringing it out? The final time an employee came out it was a different woman and it was obviously because the other woman was so pissed off, but seriously just read the order like what the hell? I don't think I'm ever going to return, not only is the staff clueless, they're extremely rude and I wouldn't count on getting your order correctly and without spit in it. read more
