My experience at the exquisite dine in restaurant was absolutely phenomenal! I felt so taken care of when the worker told me sauce was not for free. I was extremely full, I especially loved the part when my taco fell apart mid bite on my lap. Haha fun times? The lady at the counter was named Oriental and she was amazing when she asked me if I would like to donate three hundred dollars to the starving lions in Africa. My husband was deeply in love with the Nacho cheese he said it tasted like heaven on his younger in a warm blanket. Fun fact I met my husband at the local dinner all the way back in 1967. I loved the grease in his hair. There were also many cheese drops on his shirt, I guess the obsession came early! ANYWAY I WOULD 100 PERCENT rate this place a 5. Sleep tight y'all. read more

We had a really great experience tonight with the woman who was behind the counter making the food and helping at the front. She was very nice, attentive and multitasking. We mobile ordered the food ahead to sit down and sometimes the kids order could be crazy with addition's and subtractions of things, but she got it done correctly and with a smile on her face. I haven't seen her at this location ever but she was wearing a hat with her hair bun outside the back of the hat (light brown or reddish color hair). The owner should be happy to have an employee of this caliber. It was 1/5/26 at 5:53pm! We will always be back here because it's local but can only hope to have the same service as today. The tables were clean and the place didn't look messy. The Nachos were excellent even after removing some of the items! Thank you again! read more

Never coming back. I figured I'd try Taco Bell because I was in a hurry and I was starving. Got to the drive-through at 9:30 PM on on Wednesday. Figured it would be quick. Took about 25 minutes to process less than 10 cars and then when I got up to the window, I was greeted by a robot who actually did get my order correct on the screen.. but when I got to the window, they put cheese on everything when I specifically asked for no cheese, and the receipt reflected that. When I went back inside to get my food corrected two employees didn't even acknowledge me for 20 seconds standing right behind the counter talking to each other in a foreign language. Maybe Taco Bell should take some notes from Chick-fil-A where they can process twice as many cars in a third of the time, all while offering superior customer service read more

absolutely AWFUL. when i tell you the service here is slower than ANY place i've ever been to i mean it and im a patient person. Today, i ordered a chicken bowl and the chicken was slimy and disgusting. the color was almost grey and it tasted nasty and old. They also forgot mine and my friends drinks and it was a slow day. there were people lined up to just ask to pick up their food and nobody at the counter while many people are working. i am utterly nauseous and disgusted. they also said the baja blast machine was not working, yet when the next person went up it was somehow "working again" don't waste your time coming here go anywhere else. can't forget to mention the ambiance is very negative and dirty. Slow service through drive thru. Ordered using my mobile app and still had to wait five minutes at the window for them to make my food. They handed me my food and it was incorrect. the customer service here is the worst- they kicked me out of the store after i placed an in person order and told me (after 15 mins of waiting) i had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through line to order - i had to leave bc i was in a rush to get to work it was very sad. the guy (manager i believe) just said "no u gotta leave" and would not listen to me explain anything. i found out he decided to unofficially close the store (2 hours before closing, not a holiday) i called customer service and got a refund read more

If you're going inside... might as well go find a Mexican restaurant and sit down there. Ordered my food and sat down to wait. Got lost in what I was doing on my phone till I heard my name called. It took them almost 35mins from when I placed my order till I got my order. I wasn't in a rush so what ever but there was a nurse in there who got a call from what sounded like her supervisor. She was yelling at the nurse that her break was over and asking where she was. The nurse looked ready to cry as she responded I was just trying to get some food and be alone for a few minutes but this is the slowest dam Taco Bell in the world. When I went to taco bell I had to order on a screen? Does nobody do their job anymore? when I ordered my food I had to wait at least 20 minutes. Then when I had my food I didn't even get my drinks my freezes so I waited 3 more minutes and still nothing. I said "excuse me excuse me?". Finally they answered me and said "What" I said " I ordered 2 drinks I don't have them?". They said "What size" I said "2 larges". They brought me 2 larges but no freezes at this point I was tired I had to walk thirty minutes to get there for this. We have tried a few times to get tacos at night at Smithtown Taco Bell. Each time, we are faced with a massive drive in line that DOES NOT MOVE. Hands down the best Taco Bell I've eaten at, I always go to Taco Bell when I have a late night craving, and I use to go to the one in Commack. This night I was tired of waiting on line at their drive thru so I opted to go to this location even it a longer drive for me, and I have made the right decision, there was just one car ahead of me unlike the 10 at the Commack location. I ordered the steak XXL stuff burrito and chicken chalupa, there are plenty of steak in my burrito down to the last bite, good amount of guacamole, as well as rice and beans, the flavor is fresh and amazing at the same time, the steak is hot and tasted fresh as if it was right off the grille unlike other places. Chicken chalupa has plenty of cheese,lettuce and tomato also, am not a big chicken fan but this is good compared to what I had before. This will be my go to spot from now on, good bye Commack Taco Bell. read more

Taco Bell is the reason that I am on Yelp, honestly. I want Taco Bell to know how I appreciate them but also how I don't like some of the things they do I have issues with. PROS: Food is acceptable, employees often say things like "hello how are you" and "have a good evening", good place to sit down with friends and enjoy some delicious tacos and burritos. CONS: The drive thru curb is a little tight and its hard to drive in that area, because my car barely fits through it, but I still make it because I am a great driver honestly. Sometimes the employees don't look at me in the eye and answer my questions directly. I asked "is everything in there?" and the guy mumbles something. I don't know. That's not polite. One of my favorite Taco Bell's. Beautiful ocean views and extremely romantic. Had an amazing candlelight dinner all by myself after a night of drinking. Ordered the filet mignon tacos and nachos fradiavlo. Their wine selection is out of this world but they don't sell by the glass or box. For dessert, the Churros brûlée rocked. Valet parking was very courteous and would not accept a tip. They even washed my car for me. And the best part; no bad stomach cramping afterwards. Nice work TB. read more
