This was the second time in less than two weeks someone else had my order. (The other time was at Little Caesars. Not here). The car in front of me in the drive-thru lane pulled up, was handed a bag, she started to pull away and then stopped. Said something to the gal in the window. Staff gal left. And many minutes later they retrieved the bag from her car. Soooo the bag (my bag of food) had been sitting in this other person's car for like 5 minutes or more before they handed her order to her and she drove away. I pulled up, strongly suspecting that it was my food that had been handed to the other random person. I had to say my name several times and then got handed a bag that was sitting by the window...basically confirming my suspicion. But I wanted confirmation. I asked, "she had my food before I got it right?" The young gal working, to her credit, did not lie to me. She got a sheepish grin and nodded yes. My food was cold. I love me some Taco Bell! But through the years I have not had very good luck. The service tends to be on the terrible side at most locations and the food subpar at best. This particular location is almost always bad. Thats why I felt the need to give them props for my dinner tonight. I am still a little a little salty about them getting rid of my Mexican Pizzas and Enchiritos. Whats up with that? Anyways! .....I stopped in to grab me 4 crunchy Taco Supremes with light lettuce " Yes Im A Fat Boy" I love me some crunchy Taco's! I usually get them completely crushed, missing the sour cream, stale shells, no tomatoes, or totally lacking the mystery meat. Not tonight! They were some of the best Taco's ive had in a while. This is the absolute worst fast food location I have ever been to. Every single time you come here which yes I should not come here more than the first time, but seeing how it's the only Taco Bell location nearby you are sort of forced to which I think is why their service is absolutely horrendous. They take maybe two or three people's orders and then they make you sit there in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes and then by the time you get the order it's wrong. You're missing food. I went through the drive thru around 1:00 am. The lady told me that they had just had a "rush" and their meat is cooking, so it would be a 30 minute wait. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes then got back in line. She then proceeded to tell me the same exact spill about having to wait 30 minutes for the so called "rush". So now I'm expected to wait 30 MORE minutes. Also what rush has happened? I have been here for 30 minutes with no cars in the parking lot AND who gets a rush at midnight??? They gave us half our order. We were the only one in line at the time. Turned the car back around after noticing. Got our full order after waiting in drive through line. The 2 crunch wraps that were apart of our order were burnt on one side. They were made differently from each other. One crunch wrap had just had meat beans cheese and lettuce smelled bad. Do not come here. Waited 18 minutes for drinks. All orders are taken via a touch screen in the lobby. You don't interact with a person until the food comes. They holler your name, drop the food on the counter, then head back in to the kitchen area. When our food did come it was a correct and complete order - EXCEPT - they did not give us our four drinks. I had to wait 5 minutes for the person to come back up with someone else's order to tell her I was missing drinks, she acknowledged me, then went back in to the kitchen. 5 minutes later, when she came up with some other poor sap's food I reminded her I was waiting on 4 drinks. I was told - get this - "I'm just doing food she (pointed to another girl) is doing drinks" and then she walked away again. I said "whoa whoa whoa I just need four cups I'll get my drinks myself at the soda machine in the lobby". Oh what a silly fool I am. I, and the 3 other people who were all now waiting for drinks, took our cups over the the soda machine in the lobby only to find - it's not working. Broken. Busted. Broken and busted and not working like the staff of this Taco Bell. Another several minutes go by with all of us waiting for someone, anyone, to acknowledge us. I just asked for 4 Pepsis because everyone else kept getting told "we're out of that" for each drink they tried to get. All I wanted was 4 Pepsis. Just 4 Pepsis. Apologies to Mike Muir and ST but no apologies and much shade to this busted broken not working Taco Bell. Substitue H for B and you'll see what I'm feeling. Oh - the store was clean though. I guess the crew had lots of time to keep the place spic and span because NOBODY WAS TAKING CARE OF THE DRINKS. Post script - as I left I may have come to a realization. This Taco Bell is playing some 4D chess - if you don't give anyone drinks, nobody can spill any liquids and that will keep things from getting sticky which will go towards the whole keeping the place clean motif they seem to be going for. read more

If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. This restaurant is horrible! I keep trying to give it a chance but it gets worse and worse every time. You NEVER get your food under 30 minutes of ordering. my dasher has been sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes now. Last time we ordered it took over an hour to get it and then half my food was missing. The worst service ever received. We pulled up to order and immediately they had an attitude. Second, they finally tell us after we finished ordering that they're out of multiple things? We waited in line for over 40 minutes. Then, we pull up to the window and told they're also out of the drink we had JUST CHANGED. Seriously?! Good news - dining-in is open and appears clean. That's where the good news stops. This location is using kiosks inside to order food. One kiosk out of order. Literally four employees sitting in the dining area all muzzled with masks informing customers all orders must be at the kiosks, none will be taken at the counter. Why would Taco Bell have that many people sitting on their Dairy Aires collecting a check to only point out a kiosk?!!! Worst experience at any fast food place I've ever been to. Pulled up to the drive through at 2:00PM and got a pre-recorded message saying they were closed. The lady taking orders then responded and when we asked if they were open she was rude about it. We had 2 separate orders in the car and both were wrong. They were not busy at all. Between the two orders, they messed up 3 items and forgot 2 other items. They only got 4 items right. They were rude when we asked them to fix our order, and we finally settled for what we had and left. The pic is from a cheesy roll up that we got. First of all, they forgot to put egg in my BREAKFAST Crunchwrap. Then when I went to the store (which was locked) to ask for another wrap they gave me something the looked like they smashed it with a hammer. At this point I was upset so I drove around to the window to show them, they didn't believe me of course but anyways they handed me my proper order and even asked if I wanted anything else before I drove off. WORST Taco Bell location around. Wish I could leave it with 0 stars. The service here is always rude and nonchalant. My orders are never correct and they make it clear they don't care about it when you tell them it's wrong. The place is always filthy. The last time I decided to come here, half of the food I wanted to order, they were "out" of. Mind you, it's only 10pm. The drivethru woman was rude and short with me. My quesarito had barely any meat in it, and wasn't even grilled! I now travel to the location in Olive Branch, they are nicer and I never have problems with my food. One star is too generous for this location. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, and that is REALLY saying something. Each time we come through to get a $5 box, it has ALWAYS been something. When we try to upsize to a large drink, it's always an argument because apparently it's too hard to hit the large drink button on the register. When we get to the window, our large drink is filled as if it were a medium. It's honestly easier to go inside and fill your own drink. Every time I ask for sauce, it's an even BIGGER argument. I like fire sauce. Nothing else. For whatever reason, they always throw mild/hot sauce in the bag. So every time I ask for fire sauce, the cashier will say, "I already gave you sauce!" to which I respond, how did you know what kind of sauce I wanted without asking me? It's a huge waste of sauce-- I always end up running inside to grab fire sauce myself and throwing away the mild/hot sauce they gave me. My order is always wrong in some way, missing an item (why does my chalupa have no beef???), the cinnamon twists have no cinnamon. The staff here have no concept of customer service. The inside is gross. They're ALWAYS short-staffed. And, worst of all, they NEVER give us our receipt (probably because their location can't take anymore bad surveys). I went through the drive through, ordered and all was correct on the screen, got to the window and gave my payment, when I got home, I was missing part of my order, did not get a receipt, called the store and asked for the manager, the girl said ok and slammed the phone down, then came back and said he is too busy right now you'll have to call back later. I told her nope I will just call your home office. The staff is not very personable and as far as I am concerned they need to just shut this store down till they can get it re-staffed with staff that cares about the customer that PAYS their salary with their visits. If I could, I would rate this place no stars. Worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. Went through the drive through and they gave me someone else's order.
