This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've given them multiple chances to make consistent good tacos/burritos. Every single time I've been they have failed. Tonight, I ordered three hard taco supremes and a burrito supreme. The burrito supreme was sloppy and filled halfway with ingredients. The tacos were the skinniest and least filled tacos i've ever had....and they forgot the sour cream. This is an everyday occurrence. Geez, get it together. I'm really done with this place. The Mcdonald's across the street is crazy busy and this Taco Bell has no lines ever....I should have learned my lesson earlier. read more

The Big Box lunch deals at $5.00 are a very good idea for the money & amount of food that you get. The only problem I have here is that they are very very slow in getting food to you. If you only have a half hour for lunch, go somewhere else or your screwed for timing. read more

Stopped here Tuesday night for some food. I ordered a nachos Bell grande, cheesy gordita crunch and crunchwrap supreme with a drink. The food was lukewarm at best, and the crunchwrap was cold and tasted disgusting, it smelled off and when I took a bite the lettuce tasted like it was going bad. My family visits this Taco Bell often to get the taco salads. We always order extra lettuce and we sometimes get it. The drive through is often slow. We just had the WORST experience there today. We were the only car in the drive through line and there were very few cars parked in the lot. (It's 11:30AM). We ordered our usual, waited an obscene amount of time for two SALADS and drove home. When we got home we realized the salads had almost no lettuce in them. We checked the receipt and we had in fact paid for the extra lettuce. They were super salty so we called just to let the manager know that we had a bad experience, which we would rather do instead of writing a bad review. We were put on the phone with James and he was extremely rude and argued with us about the amount of lettuce, saying he made the salads himself. We also didn't have the salsa cups that normally come with the salads. He argued with that as well and said "we are very busy." Don't waste your time here in the drive through line. read more

I picked up three crunchy beef tacos fresco style yesterday. This is only the second time I've ordered here in the last few months and both times I've found my tacos had almost no meat in them. There was a thin line of meat, maybe a level tablespoon per taco. Fresco style means they omit the cheese and give you pico de gallo instead as well as lettuce. There were a few pieces of chopped tomato, not pico de gallo and a couple of pieces of shredded lettuce on each taco as well. The amount of filling was pitiful. If I'd wanted just tortilla and taco sauce, I'd have ordered tortilla chips. read more

First off, let me just emphasize my love for Taco Bell. Artery clogging never tasted so good. However, this Taco Bell saves my heart and arteries from clogging because of my willingness to deal with the extremely long wait and food that is just tossed together. I don't give this two stars based on an unrealistic perception of the quality of food. It is what it is, and I'm fine with that part. I base this on, consistently, THE slowest drive through in the history of man. It's close to where I teach, so I hit it at lunch frequently, but it just doesn't matter if there's a line or not. Bought food here plenty of times, all through high school and still during college. Subpar but thats how taco bell is. But this one, this one wronged me today. I stepped in my own dogs poop, my dog ate my watchband and I hit a pothole and spilled my coffee in my car. The drive thru is so slow, I've then had to park and go in to have my order fixed which defeats the purpose of using the drive thru to begin with.
