The third time is a charm? Yeah sure. We had a recent experience where we stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging we were there. So, we left. A couple of weeks later, we went back. We waited a couple of minutes for the line to clear and then placed our order. Most of the food was cold. So, it has been about six weeks since then. We tried them again today. Four different people handled our order, and it still wasn't right from the get-go. I ordered a burrito Supreme, NO taco ... nachos and cheese, and a drink. When we first received our order, I immediately noticed a taco but no chips. I went back and tried to correct it. I got that correct product. Went back to our table and bit into a strange-looking burrito supreme - turned out to be a Steak-Grilled Cheese burrito - no beef. I took that back and got the burrito ... with the beef ... tucked in at one end ... and it was cold. On the positive side, the new server was polite and apologetic. Taco Bell is and always will be a staple through out the many phases of life. It's not genuine Mexican food, and we all know this. It's garbage, really. But somehow it works in the fast food department. A nice crunch wrap supreme with mild sauce is and always will be a decision I do not regret. Service is what it is. I wind up in line at this drive-thru more often than I'd like to admit. (I can't help it, I'm so happy that the spicy potato soft taco is back.) There was a time that I would have rated this location one or two stars. A couple of years ago, they were really stingy with sauce. More than once, I only received a single packet of sauce when ordering multiple items, or no sauce at all even after asking. Happy to say I haven't had this problem in many months. This location really seems to have gotten its act together lately. Granted, it's still a wait sometimes depending on how busy the drive-thru is. I tend to avoid peak times. Still, if you get stuck behind a few cars it can take some time, but that tends to be an unavoidable fact of fast food drive-thrus. I will say also that it's really comforting to consistently see staff members with masks on and taking safety precautions. Granted, I can only see the area within range of the window, but throughout the pandemic I've been to one or two other fast food places from time to time, and caught glimpses of staff members with masked pulled down, which is far from reassuring. Never had that problem here, and the way they act at the window makes me think they're paying attention to safety. Also, I just love spicy potato soft tacos. Not a big fast food person, but that one menu item is my guilty pleasure. read more

Every time I visit this Taco Bell, I normally do not have any issues with the wait time for even if the line is long, I don't wait any longer than I should. The food is good and my order is usually correct, except for the fact that one time I did not receive part of my order. My friend went back up to the drive through window with the receipt to get it back and the workers forgot it AGAIN... How do you forget someones order twice? if you're thinking a mobile order is faster than that God forsaken drive thru that's always full every evening - just go somewhere else. i had placed an online order, got there in 10 minutes and it wasn't ready. and ended up waiting 15 minutes more since they were busy. but then, i asked and got told i didn't "check in" on the app? which is not a thing i've heard of nor has anyone i've talked to about it and i don't see anything for checking in on the app for online orders. kinda rude that they blamed me for them taking 30 minutes for my order. usually when you order something online they just make it.... after another 10 minutes, the manager came up and told me the order got lost and that they were sorry. so it wasn't my fault??they had a bunch of other customers waiting over half an hour for their orders. one particular woman's order finally got out and it was all wrong, missing a bunch of stuff. i waited 50 minutes total for my food tonight. the manager did double my order to apologize, which was nice of him. it seemed like they had plenty of employees who were all working hard in the kitchen too. maybe it's just their online ordering that sucks. i want to say maybe it was just a bad night but it's tuesday... and the drive thru wasn't as full as it normally is so... not sure why they were so slow in general. read more

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain outside of In-N-Out burger. I got 4 tacos, a drink and cinnamon twists for under $9. Three of the tacos were in the "$5 box" that came with a crunchy taco, Doritos-loco taco, and a mild naked chicken taco. I don't know why it's called mild because it was pretty spicy. The naked chicken taco has no tortilla. The outside taco portion is fried chicken shaped to be a taco shell. I didn't care for the Doritos taco because the shell was too salty. The fourth taco I got was a soft taco supreme. This has been my go-to favorite since I was 8 years old. I was surprised with how many drink options they had. I got the mango iced tea and was pleasantly surprised that it was unsweetened. It tasted more like water than tea but overall I was just glad it wasn't sweet. They also had low calorie Powerade and lemonade Mountain Dew (say what?). The inside was pretty clean. They have a drive thru lane. The cashier guy was patient with me. read more

Last night, over 20 dollars worth of food was purchased at the drive-through---$21.69 to be exact--and even though sauce was REPEATEDLY asked for, fire and diablo, not a single sauce packet was included. Not one. Not a single ONE. Two burritos, three tacos, and two chalupas were purchased and not a single employee even remotely thought to include not even one packet of sauce? Unbe-freakin-lievable. This was an extremely crowded Saturday night line, a huge line, and the lack of sauce was discovered only after pulling out. Ended up having to forget about it and drive off. It's not the biggest thing in the world of course and I'm certainly no 'Karen', but it's aggravating to pay nearly twenty two dollars for food and have your requests completely ignored or forgotten. I watched for 20 minutes as the employees struggled to decide what to put inside the bag, while orders on the otherside (drive thru) was being pushed out like no other. I think i waited around 15-20 minutes for my order (after it was taken) Remember this is a takeout order. When I got back home to eat it, I find that my triple double crunchwrap is just a regular crunchwrap. Was the order messed up? I have no idea, but I've eaten plenty of crunchwraps to know that this was exactly a crunchwrap... I also ordered a doubledilla and man it was disgustingly wraped. Half of it was outside the bag. It was folded and worst off, it wasn't even sliced. I've honestly never been put in a situation where I had to eat a quesadilla whole, but I can finally say it is very unappealing not to mention the fact that the quesadilla had a full run of mixing around half out inside my bag. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this location. I took my niece out for a day to ourselves without her sisters and let her pick anywhere she wanted for lunch and she picked here and I certainly wasn't going to protest. Who doesn't like tacos? We went inside and ordered some nachos and chicken quesadillas. The staff was very friendly and patient with my 6 year old niece while she tried to figure out the menu and order all by herself - which she did successfully. We went to get our drinks and find a table to sit at. I have to say I was very impressed with the inside. It seems as if it was recently remodeled as everything was nice and looked fresh. As soon as we found a table our food was ready. Our food was piping hot and made perfectly. We both loved what we got and enjoyed every last bite. I went to Taco Bell on 7/25/2019 at 5:43 p.m. I went to the counter and ordered take out. As I did not realize that there was an order in front of me for six bags of food. As me and several other customers waited over 20 minutes to get our food we were not even offered to be comped for the wait time that we waited. This is why I do not go to the Taco bell as it is very busy all the time and they take forever to give you your food and do not apologize for any inconvenience of long waits. Even on one occasion they served two cars right before me and then told me they were closed. On yelp and on Google it clearly states that you close at 2am.
