i tried to get food from here on multiple occasions around 1-1:30. Every time I try to go through the drive through they tell me that they're closed. Even on one occasion they served two cars right before me and then told me they were closed. On yelp and on Google it clearly states that you close at 2am. I completely understand waiting in line during, and I'm fine doing so.... but when I get home after waiting 30 minutes and not checking my sealed bag and holding up the line.... realize I'm missing 3 out of 4 items and have a giant bag of sauce and one taco. $20 down the drain. This place is ridiculous, we stopped going for a while but decided to stop in for lunch, again never got our complete order and what we did was completely screwed up. We've tried calling this store numerous times without success. Taco Bell corporate office wrote on my last review and emailed her. She asked me for my number so store manager could contact me about this issue. I ordered $20 worth of food and only received about $12. When I went to the door to let them know that they shorted me of my food, nobody acknowledged me knocking. I had to walk back to the drive thru window and was told that I had to drive back around and wait in line. For food that I purchased and did not receive. The workers were incompetent and treated me like I was the one in the wrong when it was their mistake. I paid for food that was not received and did not think it was appropriate to have to wait in line again when the whole situation could have been avoided had we received the entire order in the first place. I have never seen any value in reviewing fast food. It has a purpose. But this place doesn't serve it. It's been at least 15 years since Taco Bell introduced fire sauce. Its time for you to learn the difference between "Hot" and "Fire". I went through the drivethru, so you know im probably going to be eating this in my car. I filled out an application at this location and handed it in to someone working the front end they told me there was open interviews every that Tuesday and to come in after 3:30 because that's after rush hour so I did, when I got there I asked if they were doing open interviews that day and they said try did that on Tuesdays I told them it was Tuesday they gave me an additude and went back and got the manager she came up didn't say a word and handed me a survey type thing I filled it out and handed it to some one up front not her, because she didn't come to the conter, he went back and handed it to the manager as she looks out at me with a dirty look she turns around and says somthing to the employee he comes back up and says to come back text Tuesday at an earlier time, very unprofessional and rude. read more
