Running errands with my grandson and he wanted to stop by here. On a Monday afternoon at around 2:00 PM. No customers inside, we ordered right away. My grandson wanted the Cravings Box, his usual. I was shocked to see it had jumped from a $5 box to a $10 box! Ouch! But he wanted that so I ordered it. I was more in the mood for fish and ordered the 2 fish combo. Food came quickly. It quickly became apparent that I should have order tacos. At least the Taco Bell side was prepared when ordered. My fish and fries were barely warm. And I detest fries from the warmer. Please do yourself a favor and order IN ADVANCE, do not come to this location thinking you're getting something "fast". I tested this theory 3 different times to see if maybe it was just an off day. nope, you will legitimately be waiting for 30 minutes minimum. drive thru or take out will be the same speed. You would think you're waiting for a steak dinner at a restaurant. I get weird Taco Bell orders!! Lol like additions and subtractions lol I got a nacho bell grande no tomato add chicken and extra cheese. Cause we all know there is never enough toppings. Then I got an order of cinnamon delights. My nachos were just chicken they come with beef so it should of been both. The cinnamon delights were cold. I was really disappointed. Average food for a Taco Bell. I know people look down upon Taco Bell, but I unabashedly enjoy it. I didn't eat fast food until I met my husband. I actually think last year was the first time I drove through a drive-thru lane. Does this mean my husband has made me a worse person? Why yes, yes it does. Joking aside, I do for the most part try to eat healthy, but sometimes I'm looking for a quick and cheap meal. More importantly, my husband will always make a stop at fast food on his way home if I ask whereas getting him to pick up take out at a restaurant takes a lot more cajoling. Since I had the flu, I ended up watching a lot of tv. Yes, I could have watched Netflix or HBO Go, but for some reason I still love the thrill of finding something to watch on good ol'fashioned t.v. Also, there was a Criminal Minds marathon and I love myself some Criminal Minds (it also makes me super paranoid and I don't go out after dark for a couple of days). That means I saw the new Nacho Fries commercial starring Josh Duhamel approximately sixty times. By the 55th time I thought hmm that looks good, by the 60th I was thinking give me those fries! (You have to remember, I was also pregnant). So I did what every normal person does - I googled reviews of the Nacho Fries. I'm not going to spend a dollar on something lame - I'm looking at you Chipotle queso. After reading one review that backed up my decision to get fries I texted my husband to bring me home two chicken quasadillas, one Nacho fries, and one chips and queso. The reason I'm giving this Taco Bell three stars is the fries were cold (but delicious. My new favorite fries! The seasoning is spot on and I already knew I find the queso dip to taste like crack) and the chips were stale. This has never happened to me at another Taco Bell. The reason it hasn't been demoted more stars is my husband had to wait a while for his order and they gave him a free taco. That really doesn't happen often where a fast food place gives you free stuff without you causing a scene. (I've actually never caused a scene, but I'm just assuming). If you are thinking about trying the fries, do it, they're delicious. Just make sure you check to see if they are cold before pulling out of the drive-thru. And if they are demand more fries. You'll be eating all of them anyways. read more

This store, no -- Taco Bell as a whole, could take lessons from Chick-fil-A. There is just a culture of placing this and lack of care and excellence and what they do. Every time we come to the store and go through the drive-through there's always something wrong with our order. I can't count how many times I've had to call back and complain, tried to do that tonight but they did not answer the phone after we tried several times in a 10 minute period. Both hard taco shells in our taco Supremes were stale to the point where they would bend before you could break them. So I'm like, "Let's have a cheat meal". Placed an order on the Taco Bell app ahead of time after it glitched the first two times. I waited in the drive through like usual... (Wait...So how's this app supposed to save me time again?) It took a few minutes for our food but I was still trying to be carefree, just listening to the radio as I waited. The gentleman who runs the register always seems to be in a relatively good mood which is appreciated. He certainly knows the menu which is helpful. I find it to be overwhelmed with bizarre items that are perhaps remotely inspired by Mexican food but created in a laboratory in Irvine, PA. Every time I eat here, I regret it. I really hate writing reviews like this, but I honestly can't help it. They've wanted so many of my 30 minute lunches that I have to at least try to help others avoid this disaster of a fast food place. I've never spent less than 20 minutes at this location, even on a day where there are only 3 people there placing orders. I've tried again and again thinking that maybe I've just come on bad days, but unfortunately through all the rotations of employees they've had in the last year, the only thing that has been consistent here has been the disappointment I experience after every visit. I've also never received an order that was correct. I asked for 2 loaded nacho tacos. What do I get? Two potato soft tacos. Ask for sauce. "It's in the bag", yet when I get back to the office, there's no sauce. Pay extra for extra nacho cheese? It's inevitably less than I would usually get if I didn't request extra. I don't often eat fast food, but I would love to have fast easy options near work for busy days where I'm not able to bring lunch. Unfortunately, I have had more bad experiences than good ones at this location. The staff is very special here and that isn't a good thing. They all look extremely miserable and barely comprehend what you tell them. They get orders wrong, forget things constantly, and the wait from the time you order until the time you get your food is unlike any other fast food place I go to. Ok, so their parking lot blows. But once you get in the place it is a little oasis. It is now a Long John Silvers and a TB. Which, made it very hard for us to decide what we wanted to eat. LJS was a greasy staple in our diets when living in Iowa. You dont see them down here much. But we stuck to our plan and ordered TB. Double Chalupa box. Dear Double Chalupa.... I love you. And I know TB will soon take you away so I vow to order you as often as I can before you go. :) The food was hot and 'fresh' and delicious. They have diet mountain dew which no-one has, it seems. Walked in with 2 other people and order a box lunch with no extra. Waited over 15 minutes for my two friends to get their order. Then someone ordering after me got their food. Then two more people that ordered after got their food. There was only on person helping inside orders and 3 working the drive thru. after getting the manager's attention he told me that they were doing drive thru with 3 employees. Again only 1 employee working on 10 orders alone. Finally after almost 30 minutes of waiting the manager made my food. The manager says that he can get me a free box lunch on my next visit but I would have to wait till he got a moment to process it. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I still had to drive back to work so I'm already late and he wants me to wait long. Unbelievable. needles to say this is the worst Taco Bell i have ever visited. Taco Bell's website and app claim this restaurant is open until 2am Friday night/Saturday morning, but when I arrived at 1:30 am on 3/12/22 the place was completely shut down. No sign of life at all, so they must've stopped serving long before I got there. The listed hours on the drive thru windows literally just say "Open 10AM -" with no closing time at all. Came here for some chalupa supreme. the shell was so hard and stale I couldn't even eat it. I have been at this location a few days before for some long johns silver. the food was good but the service was not. the stall here seems to not like there jobs. never see a manager present at all. the place could use some tender loving care. it needs some cleaning. because of my last two visits here I will not return. Pretty unhappy with their customer service and the cleanliness of the place. I remember when it was first built everyone inside took pride in what they did and how they treated people. First off, I don't care what time it is, the workers should always at least show some sense of urgency or make the customer at least think they're working. We saw at least 4 people just standing around inside from the drive thru not doing jack. There was only one cast ahead of us and it took almost 20 min till we got to the window. This location is horrible- what ever happened to greeting people with a smile. Went in the drive thru and the person was rude and just asked me what I want then kept getting my order wrong while kept asking me to wait so she could do something else. Got to to the window wasn't greeted, just told me how much it cost and didn't even given me a receipt. Handed me my food and drink without saying a word or asking if we wanted any sauces then slammed the window on us. Found out our food was wrong, went to talk to the manager but that did no good. This place s a joke. Everyone wanted Taco Bell so we went on a run late last night after a late night out. Asked for 15 grilled "chicken" nacho wraps and 5 "chicken" gourdita taco. I like this location because it's also a Long John Silver which is one of my favorite places to get a quick fish and chips fix. I would give them 4 stars but I recently noticed the deep fryers are always conveniently broken on the weekend until just before the afternoon shift manager comes in. This makes it very frustrating for those of us that need our quick fix! The reason I know I am not the only one feeling this way is because I sat and watched peoples reactions until the fryers were "fixed" last time.
