I can accept when a company errs but not remedying a service issues is not acceptable.. I recommend that you avoid takeout and think twice about dining there.

I generally gravitate toward the burrito or bowl and I can assure you that the carnitas at Fiesta Taqueria is perhaps some of the best you'll find. It's always fresh tasting and expertly cooked and when in a burrito or a bowl is the protein of choice you should be going for while at Fiesta. Jarritos sodas are a perfect addition for the Mexican food; be sure to give the pineapple one a try to help balance out the heat from the salsa. Though there are some seats available, most folks grab Fiesta for takeout orders and when ordering from there orders have always been available on-time as noted when ordering. Parking out front can be a bit of a challenge so park in the town parking lot behind Fiesta for much easier access in and out.

The empanadas caught my eye as they came as a set of three. We opted for the steak. These were ready pretty quickly. They used flour as their dough and not corn/masa. The meat was plentiful, shredded, and well-seasoned. However, it was super umami and really could have used some heat or acidity to wake it up. The chipotle cream that came with it helped only slightly. As others have pointed out, they are on the pricier side, three empanadas for $20! While it was enjoyable, I doubt we would search them out again, which is why I decided on a 3 and not a four. Of note, they did have one of the largest menu options we saw that day.

Melt-in-your-mouth good. The burger was just as impressive: juicy, perfectly cooked, and tasted like a real, homemade BBQ burger, not some frozen patty. Don't sleep on the homemade cornbread either -- moist, flavorful, and the perfect side to round everything out. We sat at the bar, bartender and staff are super friendly and offered some suggestions.
