the entire restaurant was filthy, my mother witnessed a female employee come out of the bathroom stall walk out of the bathroom without washing her hands and proceed to touch people's food and orders. When I get food from this location it's cold and very little meat, I love the cheesy gordita crunch but here the soft tortilla isn't warm and the cheese between the hard and soft isn't melted. Also most of the time the order isn't correct when I get it.I'm not sure the place has an actual adult manager or if it's all kids who don't care about what they are selling but I have stopped going here. read more

We've been going to Taco Bell once a week for the past couple of months. This visit we were shorted a doritos taco, given hot sauce when it clearly says 10 mild sauces on the receipt, given cinnamon twists even though we requested chips and cheese sauce instead and were told that would be fine at the speaker. Had to pull around and park to go in and get the doritos taco and we told them it was fine that they didn't give us the chips and cheese sauce since they did not change it in the system and still showed cinnamon twists on the reciept Then almost as a slap in the face (like hot sauce instead of mild wasn't) they threw 2 more orders of cinnamon twists in the replacement bag. There was one car infront of us and none behind us. How does this happen? Now, we have been coming back for the mexican pizza. The first 3 orders they took little while to make, which is fine, I want it right not fast and wrong. Then, the next 2 orders placed came out so quickly you could tell they were making them in advance and they were sitting there awhile because they would be soggy. I tried to be patient about it through the pandemic & I realize that things happen, but something is wrong every. single. time. It is unfortunate that I have to write this. My kids love Taco Bell so we dropped by tonight for a bite to eat. The drive thru had seven cars and that should have been a warning. We went in and ordered right away, but then watched as the single cook in the back has literally slogged through the job. A new leader untrained kept coming to the front counter apologizing and offering cinnamon twists to anyone listening. After being in the restaurant for 20 minutes with my 5 kids and wife, a few other staff members wondered into the kitchen from the back of the house. At 35 minutes, my patience was at an end. Although this may be a very minute issue to most, the customer service aspect was off today and it absolutely was enough for me to avoid this location in future even though it is right down the street.
