First we didn't use the kiosk ordering station (hate 'em, never use 'em), and an employee at the cash register took our order right away. The food came five minutes later, the order was correct, and the crunchy tacos and chicken bowl were pretty tasty. Yeah, it's fast food, but given that fact it wasn't bad at all. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Wait forever in line, recd wrong items. One of the stupidest things they ever did was got rid of the mexi melt and now that they brought it back it was the only thing I wanted so I finally returned to Taco Bell after several years. This location is the worst I've seen so far in USA. Cashier was unable to communicate, not able to speak or even give any eye movements to indicate she understood what I was saying. That should've been my warning to speed off and not handover my debit card, but like a fool I did hand it over and now I'm struggling to get my refund. There was no mexi melt in the bag by the way. I put a mobile order in and get here 5 minutes later to a completely empty parking lot and drive through. I tell them I'm here and it takes another 10 minutes to get my food. It takes forever no matter what. They are busy nursing the chickens to full development, then slaughtering them and cooking them in the back. That's why it takes forever. I haven't been in here for a while while entering the building I noticed a few individuals in the dining area, I walked up to the counter ready to order the lady said and I quote " We Don't Take Food Order's, You have to use the Kiosk". So I asked what happens if someone doesn't know how to use a kiosk? Her answer was I will show them, my reply back obviously really upset her because I said then wouldn't it make more sense to take order's at the register than walking around the counter helping people! I was told she doesn't have time to play my nonsense games and to either order or leave... Now I see why many customers have issues here, so I ordered my food and a gentleman asked for my help which I had no problem helping him out. I read everything back to him and he said that's 2 with no sour cream and 1 with and I double checked and said correct. 20 minutes later for 3 Nacho Doritto Supreme with no tomotos.... 20 minute wait and only 3 I counted 3 people ahead of me. So while I was eating I hear the commotion of the gentlemen who I helped telling the lady they got his order wrong, 15 minutes later I hear him say again this is the second time you all screwed up my order, she was giving him a hard time telling him he didn't order 2 and that he wanted sourcream. I usually don't get involved but I walked up to her told her do not speak to him like that, I said I get that the customer isn't always right but in this case he is because I helped him and I double checked his order before we sent it through. All products are made to order, so when they get inundated, it can take time. I always order through the app, so my order gets in line. There might not be many customers in the store, but remember they're also servicing the drive-through as well as the DoorDash and other delivery services - they make the food in the order received. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. It used to be decent but something happened. I went in about a month ago around 7:00 at night and there were about three customers sitting waiting for food. It wasn't busy at all I ordered and I had to wait about 20 minutes before I got my food. Then just about 2 weeks later I waited 20 minutes through the drive-thru thinking I'd give them another chance only when I got to the window they totally messed up the order and I had to wait at the window with cars behind me for about another 15 minutes.
