I've been too many Taco Bell's in my life. I had the most interesting experience at this location. There was club music playing through the dining room and mariachi music blasting from the kitchen. The conflicting melodies were not pleasing to my ears, being that I am a musician and sensitive to these conflicting frequencies. The Pepsi zero was flat, unfortunately. Sad because this is my favorite drink at the moment. Lastly, they did not call my name, either that or I did not hear it because of the two different songs playing at once. Each location we dine at has added kiosks for ordering would you in my opinion only creates a disconnect between customers and the service. My latest visit consist of having a customer translate to the service person what my order was after receiving our food. She did not give us our drinks so she couldn't understand what I needed. The customer spoke to her in Spanish and let her know that we still needed our drinks which she did not give us right away. Really deserves no stars and I think about it what happened to going into fast food places and having them actually say hi wait on you and make it a pleasant experience there is nothing pleasant about that his Taco Bell on Grantline. When you walk in there are big sign saying use the kiosk, nobody says hello there is packs of toilet liner packs sitting on the counter next to where you get your food. Yumm real appetizing. when they finally do retrieve your food after it takes five minutes to put it through the kiosk they drop it on the counter says here you go before I could ask she says did you get your drink? I said No,hands me an empty cup that has water spilled all on the outside of it form God knows what and I have to go serve my own drink on top of it . I ordered one reg beef burrito and a medium drink and it was 7.89 over priced for what it was really whatever happened ever happen to customer service they don't want you in there they want you to drive through or order it on an app and have somebody deliver it. there was one person in there they had the AC up so cold you couldn't even stand there to wait for your order. There was nobody inside but me and one person eating might have been an employee . I use take my children here my kids here it was always fun it didn't matter what time of day it was always packed. it's a ghost town always over here. The low reviews are warranted I guess. I ordered Cinnamon Twists (if you can even call them that anymore) and I'm constantly getting them with a ridiculous amount of cinnamon, if any. I usually attempt to add more of my own cinnamon sugar at home, but it just isn't the same if it isn't put on while they are hot out the the fryer. I never understood why I always got them the same way, even when I asked them to make sure they had enough cinnamon. I assumed they fried them fresh or in batches like McDonalds does fries, but since I went inside a store tonight instead of ordering through DoorDash or the drive thru, I saw that the Cinnamon Twists are precooked and kept in a warming oven. Do they come out of a bag now predusted and just warmed by the store? Check out the pic of my Cinnamon Twists vs the photo from the Tax Taco Bell menu! Cinnamon Twists were already so sad compared to the Cinnamon Crispas from my childhood (look it up) but it's all they had...now this is what we get? However, this is a review of the product, not the staff. Message for management. Stop putting your employees outside to take orders. That's only functional for in n out and chick fila who can't keep up with their lines. Instead you're creating a shit show in your parking lot that was completely avoidable to begin with. People are going through the drive thru for speed and efficiency. Also people want to look at the menu before ordering and when you have them ordering from a person in the middle of the parking lot they can't view the menu. You're losing out on money. The guy helping was nice enough but he didn't diffuse the situation when people were getting pissed off at him and my kid is fussing in the back seat, like I'm clearly in a hurry please don't vent about customers upset for the businesses lack of logic. I placed an order online which is suppose to be convenient. I get to the store drive thru they said they have my order get to the window. No customers in line (breakfast). After waiting Id say about 5 mins for them to get my breakfast burrito she opens the window and says here and slams the drive thru window. As I asked her for my drink window still closed. Quick service for drive thru all the times we've been here. I mean what else can I say if I wanted some fast and inexpensive mexican food this is my go to place for it. What can I say... I eat at a lot of Taco Bell's. Some would even consider me a Taco Bell connoisseur. The food was well.... You know the quality of Taco Bell. It's not Gordon Ramsay quality, but it was made quickly, was still hot, and it was made correctly. Now the real reason I'm giving this a 5 star rating... there's an employee who works here by the name of Leslie (hopefully I spelt her name right), and she was such a delight! I was having a bad day, and she perked me right up and put a smile on my face. She has amazing customer service skills and was very attentive. Ordered through DoorDash and didn't check the order when I picked up. Drove 15 minutes there to pick up only to realize they forgot 3 of my tacos. This review is two things. We did an online order we arrived at the location to pick up our food and nothing was ready. The individual tasked with making our order also happened to be running the cash register. This is where things became pretty nasty. So our order is sitting out kind of half made. Someone walks in to place an order. The worker takes the order touches the screen with his gloves on handles money with his gloves and and then adjusts his mask. Without changing his gloves, he goes back to making our order. He reaches into the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and everything else you can think of. So I started watching the other workers to see if this was how they handled stuff, sure enough the lady working the drive through handled money while wearing gloves and then touched a bunch of other stuff without ever changing her gloves. All the workers behaved this way. So I was pretty disgusted we had been now waiting for thirty minutes over our quoted order ready time so we asked for a refund. At this point the manager on duty told us no we needed to call some 1800 number for the refund. About 3 weeks later multiple calls and complaints and we still have not received our money back. read more

Excellent customer service! We were assisted by a "mature" young lady, and she was just the sweetest cashier. She took the time to congratulate my daughter on her pregnancy; while still taking our order efficiently. Just so super friendly! It was actually a pleasure coming in, if you can believe that. Our food was ready in literal seconds, and everything was made PERFECTLY! The outdoor drive-thru attendant jumped to action when we pulled up until he realized that we were parking. Be sure to check your orders before you leave. This location has never messed up my order until today 12/23/23. I had like a $47 order and every item in my order except two items was wrong. Not only did I not get a few of the items I ordered, but I got items that I did NOT order as well. Place was not busy at all so they really have no excuse, except not actually reading the order and checking that it was correct. It's my fault as well for not checking my order before leaving, but in the past I have not had a problem, but whatever employees were working on this day, they need some serious retraining or they need a manager to keep an eye on them. I have an autistic son who is a particular eater and he was very excited as he does not get Taco Bell often and was looking forward to a treat, but this time he was very disappointed.
