If I could leave zero stars, I would, the staff is so ignorant. I waited in this drive-through for 25 minutes today. The car in front of me end up speeding off angrily and not even waiting for her food because they took forever. When it was my turn to get my food, they gave me a crunch wrap supreme, which I did not order. I informed the employee that I ordered a crunchy taco supreme, and not a crunch wrap supreme After I told him that he goes back into his window for another five minutes, comes back out to give me my refund, takes the crunch wrap supreme and says thank you. I told him OK. Are you going to give me my crunchy taco supreme that I ordered? He's proceeds to try to take my order on the computer screen and Says OK. You want two crunchy taco Supremes I said no I want one crunchy taco supreme and then tells me that would be $3.75. So I start thinking is he seriously gonna charge me for something I waited 25 minutes that he messed up on that I already ordered!!?? I was so irritated almost late to pick up my child for waiting 25 minutes in the drive through I came into with only one car in front of me. I told him you know what never mind there is a huge line behind me and just drove off. What he could of don't was the moment I told him I did not order that and what I had ordered he should have told the cook hey make this. This isn't what she ordered I got it wrong. Got me my refund for crunch wrap and gave me the taco free for the inconvenience. It's not like I was waiting the entire time for my messed up order. I waited 20 minutes for my foot to just come out. Then an additional 5 for my refund. Then he wanted me to wait even longer for him to put my order in recharge me for my taco and for the cook to put it together. Horrible customer service. Staff is very lazy and do not pay attention. Walk in and they won't even help you order, you have to use their kiosks. Then after you place your order, you will wait and wait for them to prepare your order. There is no one else waiting for food, but it could take 10-15 minutes. Literally opposite of FAST food. Then, only some of the employees wear masks while the make your food. And those that do wear a mask, don't wear it properly. If your going to do it wrong, why even go through the motions. Once they do make your food, they screw it up and don't read your specific order. I ordered a steak supreme taco, and I end up getting a chicken taco. Not worth going back to get it fixed, cause it will take time for them to come to counter, listen and understand the issue and then go make it again read more

At first I thought it was just a piece of the paper, which wouldn't have been a big deal. Upon further examination I realized it was a piece of glove. I've lived in Tracy for 35+ years and have gone to this tacobell for YEARS With no issues! I went this particular morning and as pulled into the drive through she asked "we can I get for you" my husband replied and said may I have one second please.. she huffed and said "order when your ready.." after about 15 seconds (there were no cars behind us) we were ready. I have gone to this location many times during this pandemic and use the drive thru. I always ask for lots of fire sauce as I did today for 2 breakfast burritos. When I leave and open the bag there is only 2 packets of sauce. What a joke, there have been times when I asked for fire sauce and there wasn't any in the bag. Very disappointed in this location. No safety measures being used. Went through drive-thru last night at 9:30pm and not one employee had their face mask on correctly. The gentleman taking the order and our payment had the mask all the way under his chin. The gentleman filling the sodas had his mask to the tip of his lower lip. The lady preparing our food had her mask over her mouth but not her nose. There are no plastic shields at the drive thru window like at other locations. Whatever manager was running things on 7/6 should be retrained and or fired. This location is also known for skimping on the portion sizes. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from this Taco Bell unless you don't mind horrible customer service and cold food. Their current Manager Cielo lacks basic customer service skills. I ordered food for my family for a late snack. When we normally order from here, our food is at least usually warm to the touch by the time we arrive home in Mountain House. It's obvious the food was either made before hand and/or their prepared food they use to assemble the order was not fresh. I called to inform them of our experience, and immediately I was lied to. An employee by the name of Erick G., claimed to be the manager. He asked what I would like for him to do. I replied saying that All I ask is for the same expectations if he were in my situation. He immediately offered a refund. Cielo then gets on the phone and tells me that she is the manager. No ownership, no apology. Tells me she will only return half of my refund. I asked for her managers number, and she replies to "Google" it. At this point, it's not even about the money. Pure disrespect. Message to Cielo: I am giving you the benefit of the doubt, that someone believes you are capable of being a manager. And maybe you are just frustrated from working. I love Taco Bell, but I don't love this location. It's hit or miss if they are busy or not (they are on a busy road right off the freeway so it's always a gamble). Their drive thru line because of this can sometimes be SUPER slow and take FOREVER!!! They also ALWAYS seem to have something broken. I like to get my kids the happy hour freezes but it seems when we go one or all of their machines are broken. Last time we went their CO2 machine was broken so they didn't have any drinks with carbonation, including the freeze machines. We ended up driving away with nothing. We've never had a problem with any food we've ordered it's just the lack of customer service/speed and their equipment never working that really brings this place down. Just left the drive thru with a big order all shoved into one bag so I was unable to check if everything was there. Got home all the way across town amd of course my taco supreme was missing. Soni drive all the way back to the store and told the cashier, the girl with braces and she just looked at my receipt walked over to the back, told the girl to make it. I was so disappointed by this Taco Bell location. I was driving home and hoping for a quick dinner. There was a bit of a line in the drive-thru, but that's expected around 5pm. However, I was not happy with my order when I got home. True disappointment is going to a Taco Bell drive-thru, ordering and paying for your crunchwrap supreme, getting home, taking a bite, and more bites until you've finished and ultimately discovering that it doesn't have any nacho cheese sauce. I add extras to my crunchwrap and am charged for it, but it's hard to justify paying extra when the basic ingredients are not included. read more
