Let's start by saying the location was completely empty..... Probably the worst experience I've had at Taco Bell... I know I know I shouldn't expect much but this time was really bad. Like abnormally bad. First I order my own food which is absolutely ok, but then I patiently wait and then ask about my food. She rolled her eyes and said it wasn't ready. But I see a similar looking order sitting waiting.... 4 minutes later I ask again and she looked mad at me for asking. She then looked around and gave me the same order that was sitting there that I knew was mine. Then it was missing the sauces so I had to come back to counter and boy it like I asked for a kidney. She handed me a couple. I asked for more and it was like I did the worst thing in life. Then when we got the food it was the tiniest servings I've ever seen. It was raining so I came to this location rather than my usual for the drive thru. I had two rewards in the app so I made two separate mobile orders because hello this economy is crazy and you gotta save where you can. I intended on ordering two happy hour drinks along with my food but because the app was not giving me the option for a Baja blast I figured I'd just order at the drive thru when I picked up my order. Apparently there's a two order minimum before they have you go back into the drive thru. How tf does that make sense? What is the reason? I could order a crap ton of food on one order no problem, but ordering drinks at the window because they literally were not available for me to do so in the app is the biggest deal. I ordered for the first time on the kiosk and never received my receipt or I'd be submitting a scathing review on the new Black Bean Crunchwrap. I bit into the Crunchwrap expecting to see black beans like the picture on the kiosk and could not see any black beans at all. I thought maybe I was supposed to have specified that I wanted black beans on there even though it said black bean Crunchwrap on the detail sticker. So I finally walked up to the counter after eating about 2/3 saying I never saw any black beans at all when a lady came up saying, "I made your Crunchwrap myself and I know I put the right amount of black beans in there. It may not be a lot but maybe you need to order extra." I said how can I order extra of something that I never even saw [eaten]. She just kept arguing though apologizing that she put the proper weight of them and maybe I didn't see them because they were spread around the crunchwrap. They asked if I wanted them to make it again but I didn't want to eat another Crunchwrap. Later the lady who made the Crunchwrap was straightening up the dining room when I said I finally had seen about two or three on the Outer Edge but that was the only time I'd ever seen a black bean in there. But my official receipt never arrived in my text messages as it was supposed to and they had taken my detailed order sticker back at the counter and actually threw it away while I was talking to them. At least I remembered and wrote down that it was order number 146 but I have no proof that I even bought it unless I dig it up on my bank account from 12/12/25 at sbout 3:00 pm. This is pretty poor service to get such egregious false advertising and so little product that they are advertising in the picture that you can't tell that it's actually in there until the last couple bites. I kept looking for the black beans and did not see what looked like Black beans throughout the Crunchwrap as the picture detailed. I've only had bad experiences with her, but I haven't seen her in months so problem solved. They're really starting to push people to use the kiosks now. It's really rare to even see people inside ever since COVID. It's sully very quiet inside and everyone is friendly for the most part. The best way to order from Taco Bell, in my opinion, is via their app. You earn points and they have online exclusives, which are reasonably priced. For example, one Crunchwrap is almost $6, but if you order a My Cravings bow, you can get a Crunchwrap, a drink, a small side, and one more side for $7. This is a way better deal than if you order everything separately. I always order through the app and pick up in the drive thru. read more

Apparently at this Taco Bell they should just close the dining room because it seems if you are not in the drive thru you are not important. I ordered $45+ of food thru the mobile app. App told me order was ready. I showed up about 5 minuets later. Went inside stood at the counter where in plain site I could see 3 people working. One female at the drive thru window and two people, one male, one female making orders. I stood there at the counter for about 3+minuets all in view of the female like less than 5 feet away from me who looked at me a few times but ignored me along with the male that was directly to her right. Finally she asked did I have a mobile order (which I might add I can see my order sitting right there behind her on the counter by the drive thru). I said yes and gave her the name. She then went to the register printed out the receipt and asked if that was the one. I again said yes. She then just puts the receipt next to my order that was behind her and goes back to making orders for the drive thru as I was the only one in the dining area. After about another 3 minuets the male comes over and asks me do I have an Oder, again I said yes, then he looked at the bag and finally gave me my order. I was very complexed why all this played out like that. Then apparently they were out of large cups to which he gave me 3 regular size cups to make up the difference. Mind you I originally ordered 2 large drinks so I'm not sure how 3 cups would have made up the difference since both drinks were different. (One being Root beer and one Diet Pepsi,). Oh and he walked away to make more orders for the drive thru after giving me the cups, at which time I might add drinks were being filled by the 3rd employee attending to the drive thru window. I said to myself ok whatever and proceeded to fill my drinks, however when I got to the drink machine it was completely out of ice. So I went back and waited to ask for some ice thinking they would fill my 3 cups with ice from the machine they were using for the drive thru which was not out of ice. After a minute or so the male comes over as he heard me ask for ice and just placed one regular size cup filled with ice on the counter and then walked away again to continue making drive thru orders. So I'm left with 3 cups for two different kinds of drink and one regular size cup of ice to fill all 3. Now I know they don't get paid much but when a customer orders $45 worth of food I would expect just a tad better customer service. Perhaps if I was in the drive thru that might have actually happened. Needless to say I won't be going back to this Taco Bell for quite some time and will be spending my money elsewhere. They forgot my fries, I went back inside where I told the kid a Hispanic guy that he forgot my fries and he tried to say it was in my salad.
