Why in the ever-loving f*ck are they making employees stand in front of the drive-thru with a little flip card to take orders when the drive-thru speaker works just fine?! In-n-out can get away with it because their menu is so small. Taco Bell's menu doesn't fit on the card and I sure as sh*t don't have it memorized, so it screws up the whole flow of ordering. It's bad for the customers AND the employees made to stand out in the cold or heat. Management desperately needs to free their heads from their a$$es if they think that it's a good idea to have someone standing outside taking orders in the weather for minimum wage. This TB location is kinda hidden. If you don't know where to look, you'll never find it. I'm not really a fan of TB but after trying the new Cantina Bowls, I can say they finally offer something I dig that's also healthy (as far as healthy goes for fast food). 3 stars is about all I can give this TB and their food. read more

I love Taco Bell! This is actually my favorite Taco Bell location in town. They always get my order right and they are pretty quick. I noticed that they are more fair with their portions in comparison to the Grantline location and I never leave feeling cheated. There's nothing worse than getting a burrito that's 90% tortilla. Worst customer service of all time. I go to try to redeem a coupon I received and they proceed to telle I need to redeem through the app even though the coupon says present when redeeming in restaurant. So I download the app there is no where to enter promo code. I ask them how I can redeem it then since it expires the next day and they tell me, "that's not true, were taught to make food not use the app" and walks away. I must leave this review because I had the most delightful experience of my life at a fast food place yesterday. My son wanted to go to Taco Bell. Even though I wasn't up for it I'm so glad we went. The food was good but this guy named Michael was amazing. I've never felt more welcomed at any other places before. He was extremely nice, kind, polite, friendly and happy. He smiled all the time while he's getting our order. He was very patient with my son who changed his minds 3 times every 2 minutes. He also brought our order to the table with a couple of jokes to my son. I felt like we were companies at his house. He's such an awesome person. I can't wait to be back hoping to see him. Just to stop by to get that joy from Michael, he'll make your day and make you feel that life is good... That place is so very lucky to have him. I am saddened by the Ultimate example of the parasite which is corporations protocols and politics like Taco Bell that outcast the individuals who give the best customer service and kept me coming back hoping he was working because I would actually pay for what I received. This great former tacobell ambassadors name is Philip. It is a shame this great guy wasn't acknowledged for his personal customer service skills and given a training roll. I went through the drive through and asked for 3 smothered burritos with extra beans, guacamole, red sauce, lettuce, onions. I ask for all this so The burrito will be comparable to a Taqueria burrito. As a vegetarian I like to have extra veggies to substitute the meat. And so I don't have to have multiple items to fill my hunger. Suggestion for Tacobell- Add a "supersize" option to make the ingredient portions comparable to your taqueria competitors. On the night of Wednesday 3 Jul 2013, I suffered mightily from food poisoning I had picked up from a chicken burrito supreme at this Taco Bell. So my review was removed because I got food poison from Taco bell, and yet they don't think my review is related to Taco Bell. That doesn't make any sense and next I am calling the corporate office to make sure this is reported. I went to this Taco Bell because I wanted to try their new steak nachos in which I did and on a bed of lettuce then versus having any chips. Immediately after eating the steak nachos I got severely sick. I intermittent fast for 14 hours a day so I did not have anything in my system. This was a horrible experience that I experience with my money at Taco Bell and I am given my review. This Taco Bell is supposedly the one nearest to Grantline Road and Tracy Blvd. With that being said I took the kids there for dinner through the drive thru. This place is pretty hit or miss. I guess it depends on who is working. I ordered the 3 taco Supremes and the kids had similar items. All of our taco shells were on the verge of being cracked or already broken in half from the meat sopping thru the shell. They seemed to have been sitting there for awhile...GROSS. I also ordered the fiesta potatoes and the potatoes seemed like they were sitting under the heat lamp or oven (whatever they stay warm in) forever. It was like biting into cardboard. I love the Sangria Mountain Dew but when I took a sip when I got home it was friggin FLAT! I should've got back in the car and returned all of the food. Next time I will. Okay so here is my story. It was 11:30pm and I was with a few of my friends. We normally love Taco Bell. Tonight was different though. The drive thru was still open, but I am allergic to gluten so I had to go inside for them to make the food so i could be extra careful. As I walked to the front of the store and as I reached the door, the employee came to the door and told me that the lobby was closed. I explained to him the reason I needed to go inside. I asked him if I could just walk inside and watch them make two tacos, since the place is still open. And the guy was like "just go to the drive thru". I said I couldn't and he said "well i guess you can't eat then because at the drive thru you wouldn't be able to watch us make the food". He was such a rude guy, I was so angry when I left and I will never eat at that taco bell again. It's already hard enough for me to eat places. I like this taco bell store. My friends and I were on a road trip to SF and we stopped by this location. Now I don't normally write reviews on fast food chains because I have been to soooo many, they all seem the same to me. But this Taco Bell kinda impressed me. The place was very clean and there was nothing on floor! The bathrooms were clean! The soda dispenser area was clean and organized. The cashier was friendly and smiled at me. I didn't have to repeat myself which is always a great thing. Plus I got my food really quick and they didn't mess up my order. When I left, they all said bye to me.
