I ordered a doritos taco with no lettuce, and they gave me one with lettuce. which is fine i just picked it off. but then i ordered cheesy potatoes NO SOUR CREAM, and the lady told me they didn't come with sour cream anyways. which i know they do ive been to taco bell a million times and what do you know, there's sour cream on them. i went to get it fixed and the guy tried not giving me new potatoes because it didn't say it on my receipt which is only because of his coworker. read more

I can not say I have ever thrown a Taco Bell meal away until I moved to Travelers Rest. And I have been eating at Taco Bell since I was a kid and have been to many, many Taco Bells across the country, so that is really saying something. It was just a bean burrito, but it tasted so incredibly awful that I spat out my bite and threw it away. I have eaten so many bean burritos from Taco Bell. Hundreds, at least. I was going to give it another try, because I was really hungry and tired on the way home one day. But after waiting in the line for 20 minutes with no movement, I had to just head home. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Not only are orders notoriously wrong, but you'll wait half an hour or more to get it. You know your drive-thru times are comical when patrons can sit and read an actual book just waiting to get to the menu to order. I finished War and Peace waiting on some on some tacos once. I'm also pretty sure they hand hatch eggs, raise, kill, pluck, and fry the chicken all on the premises. Maybe that's what's with the ungodly wait times. Skip it and go to bojangles 200 yards away. I wish I could rate this taco bell no stars, but unfortunately I can't. Every time I have went there service is slow, but today was... ridiculous. My daughter and I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes for 2 tacos... I tried to be understanding, wondering if they were understaffed. As soon as I got the window the manager yelled at me what my order was, and when I told them they didn't believe me and I had to repeat myself over and over. It was the worst experience I've ever had... I can understand being understaffed or a problem happening in the kitchen but to yell at customer for absolutely nothing is uncalled for. Slowest drive thru of all time. You're better off parking and going in. You can order and finish your meal in the time it takes you to go through the drive thru. I'm not basing that comment on a one-time situation. I stopped going here because the service is so....damn....slow. But, on this day, I had two dollars, a few coins, and I was hungry. Where else can you get a taco and a drink for two dollars and some change? Sadly, their speed of service still sucked donkey balls. I won't bother to comment on the food - it's Taco Bell. You don't make a run for the border for a fine dining experience. One star for selling me cheap food cheaply but infuriatingly slowly. Huzzah! read more

I would literally give this place zero stars if I could. Every single time I've come here they mess up everything--either the order is missing several things, or everything comes cold, super messy, and slapped together like they don't know how to make it. The service is so slow and it makes it extra frustrating when you've been waiting forever and everything is messed up. Not to mention several times I've seen employees through the drive-thru window horseplaying around and not taking their job seriously. I always find myself wanting Taco Bell but hesitate even trying to come here because I know something will be wrong. I can confidently say this will be the last time though, after receiving an order that was completely wrong and having to wait another 15 minutes for them to correct it.
