If I could have given this negative stars I would have. Stopped there on a road trip and am bummed we didn't see ALL of the negative reviews before ordering. Our order was literally thrown in a bag and smashed. My husband's quesadilla had very little cheese and 2 micro pieces of chicken. Like are you kidding me? Our other tacos were cracked and had barely any meat as well. And one of my tacos had a random surprise French fry in it. It's obvious that NONE of the staff care about their jobs. This picture is from last year. Seems like my review disappeared, so ill repost it. Went in drive-thru and ordered a burrito supreme, extra cheese extra sour cream. When i got home i opened the burrito to add some salsa and WOW... no cheese and maybe a half teaspoon of sour cream. Check my reciept and yes the extras were charged. Went back to let them know and immediatly the manager has attitude, says the cheese and sour cream "melted" into the other fillings.... he then basically accused me of trying to get free food... that was last year and i gavnt been back since!!! read more

It's a Taco Bell. Nobody is expecting anything but Taco Bell, but this is something else. I was on a road trip with my teenage daughters. We stopped for a quick bite and the restroom. A homeless guy in the parking lot was having a mental breakdown. We passed him without issue. No one ever came to the counter. We tried the drive through. We ordered and when we went to the window, the homeless dude was in the kitchen making a "transaction" with the window employee. Don't stop in Trinidad. It is a methy dump. read more

This is the WORST AND GROSSEST Taco Bell / KFC I've experienced!! When we walked into the restaurant we noticed that there was garbage all over the tables and the trash cans were so full that they were spilling onto the floor! While waiting for our order I made the mistake of using their restroom. The soap dispenser was torn off the wall, no soap was available; even though the sign said that employees must wash hands! I kindly mentioned the lack of soap to the cashier and she just gave me a blank stare. Was heading to Estes Park on 11/3 and stopped here on 11/3 for a bite and also stopped back on the way back yesterday 11/10. 11/3 I order the Mexican pizza with, two crunchy tacos combo along with quesadilla steak and original chicken . Quesadilla was OK and ordered the original chicken but got crispy instead. The tacos were ok But the Mexican pizza was a huge glob of beans on one side, not even spread out. All I could taste was refried beans very disappointed. 11/10 I ordered a number five nacho grande and one taco. The Nacho Bell grande was sloppy, I ordered it without sour cream, and there was some kind of white stuff on it and the beef dried out. I also ordered the Mexican pizza again it was OK. The Dr Pepper was also out of order. I got my money back for the number five combo. Tables was all dirty. The restrooms was nasty. The whole store was nasty. I would never go back to this location. Do not recommended this Taco Bell. This location needs to be reevaluated with new management. Management was not friendly. read more

There were 4 cars in line and it took over 40 minutes to get to the window. We ordered 4 hard tacos, I soft taco, a quesolupa and a steak quesadilla. After all that time we pulled up, the lady asked if we had paid yet, took our money and said all food was in the bag. Problem #1 besides the absurd wait was they forgot the quesadilla despite us paying for it. Problem #2 they did NOT give a quesolupa but rather a regular chalupa with extra shredded cheese. DO NOT stop here. We waited 30 minutes for our simple order of a few tacos. There was a LARGE puddle on the floor near the beverage station, which my husband almost slipped on. An employee noticed and apologized but did nothing to clean it up. On a positive note, I recommend the sub shop across the street in the Shell station. Horrible service. Requested my food with no cheese because of dietary restrictions. One item was cheesy potatoes. I was unaware that they also come with sour cream, it is not listed as an ingredient on the menu board. When we politely asked if we could have them remade without the sour cream we were rudely told "Nope, you can't change your order once it's been made." They basically ignored us at the counter for about 10min until one worker who was actually doing his job was nice enough to step up by doing someone else's job and help us. I mean this is Taco Bell so I didn't really expect 5 star service but my rice wasn't cooked and I told the guy that worked there and he attempted to explain why the rice wasn't cooked. Then he proceeded to tell me that I ate half the burrito already when really it wasn't mixed so I didn't get to the rice until half way into it. So I asked what they could do and he said he would bring the manager. The manager then shouted to him what I could get in exchange... instead of coming up to me and talking to me personally. She was loud enough that everyone in the restaurant could hear what was going on. That wasn't really necessary and I wasn't trying to be rude just trying to get some food and be on my way. read more

Currently a mask order in place for Colorado, the staff member handing orders to customers did not even have a mask that adequately covered her mouth, let alone her nose. No napkins given with order, the person before me had to ask for napkins, as well as the patron after me. Someone else had a hard time getting someone's attention to get condiments.
