I'm so happy with my experience at this Taco Bell - I had gotten food from another location on my way home, only to find that they had messed up my order & it was inedible (food allergies). I called this location and they very kindly accommodated me and replaced my order, even though it was from another location. And the food was so good!!! Bonus points because they answered the phone (the other locations have their phones off), everyone there was super nice and didn't seem annoyed by helping me. People getting wrong orders. One guy left with another guys food, another guy missing ta os and cinnamon twists. Cars barely moving through drive-thru. He shouldve stopped his two product lines for 10 seconds, asked them to re-set and then proceed. 10 seconds can change your hideous chaos. Earlier in the week saw the franchise owner inside. I so wish I could give it a 3-star but I just can't. My absolute favorite item at Taco Bell is the chalupa supreme and here it failed me. The shell felt hard, like it had been made days ago. There was absolutely no softness in the chalupa supreme shell. It wasn't a good kind of hard. Sometimes if you veer away from the soft warm shell you land on the crunchy warm shell. This Taco Bell gave me the cold and hard shell, the kind of shell that makes you really yank away from the food to get your bite. The one item that I did really like was the taco supreme. I think next time, at least at this Taco Bell, I'll just order a bunch of taco supremes. As a matter of fact, if I had only ordered that, my rating, though inaccurate, would have been much higher. Placed a simple order of two box meals. Repeat for verbal verification advised to go to the window. Get to the window pay and the representative hands me one box an says have a great day. I proceeded to tell the representative that I order two box's, and they tell me I have to gor through the line again to place another order. I asked for the manager, because it seems silly that their mistake I have to be in inconvenienced. The manager comes repeated that they only understood that it was for 1 box and that I have to go hop back in line to place a new order because their line is long. To me they where to worried about there metrics on car waiting time then correct the issue.
