Then we waited 7 minutes at the window, they had us pull forward and wait an additional 5 minutes. A regular employee, Brian, usually works on day side, needs to find somewhere else to work. He has no urgency, ignores customers and thinks nothing of it. Christian on the other hand busts his butt on a daily basis and actually cares about the customers. That seems to be getting more rare with this generation. A word of advice, do not bother ordering take out via the app from this location. They prioritize the drive thru leaving all the take out orders sitting unfilled for 30 minutes or more. The food quality among other locations is also sub par. I would give this location a 0 if I could. read more

We waited 23 minutes in the drive through only to find out my online order had not been registered so they could not serve me food and they told us we would have to go back around again and wait in the long line to get our food. I don't know who owns this Taco Bell but whoever it is needs to recognize the immense stress your staff is under today (11/06/2022) it is Soo short staffed and busy and your staff is working their butts off. This NEEDS recognition and a raise to whoever was working today. I'm going to go back there in the next week and ask if they were given recognition and reward for their immensely hard work today. Man this place is slow. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. The one thing you expect out of a place like this is for things to be at least somewhat fast. For the time just drive yourself to any other Taco Bell, you will get there and order and eat before you get food here. Or go to the McDonald's across the street. Haven't had a bad experience there. Waited in line in the drive thru behind 4 other cars for 25 minutes, just to have 1 of 4 items missing from the bag. Parked and went inside where there was one person waiting, told of the missing item, waited another 10 minutes for that and in the process was given cinnamon twists "for the inconvenience" which consisted of maybe one total piece of cinnamon. I know going to Taco Bell I am not going to get the best food - it is fast food after all - but I do expect them to get my order right when there is no one inside and I am the only person in the drive-thru. First, after I paid at the window, I had to wait way way too long for my order. Second, the got part of the order wrong. NOTHING that I ordered had bacon, yet somehow I managed to get a bacon AM Grilled Taco (two of them actually) when I ordered 2 sausage AM Grilled Tacos. Finally, the lady working drive-thru was rude. Ok so this time I go was a different story than last time. (Gave 3 stars because last time was great this time 2) New drink on the menu and had questions that I got circular answers to. Not a good start, then i get to the window and see the worker taking money and food with same hands no gloves and fowl looking nails with polish chipped and not so clean looking. Germ factory, maybe??.... Then I look in and see the guy preparing food with no mask. What? Just last week it was compliant and clean. So the food they hand me is sloppy with cheese and meat scattered on the outside of the dinner box. The food inside was like a bit thrown together because the cheese and lettuce was on the bottom of the box in random places. This is gross to me. I guess the evening crew is not as good as the morning one!! Never really have issues in the morning or early afternoon. Sad. Tacos, not saying this is authentic but it's cheap and I enjoy pooping regularly. I'm not saying you'll have the craps like the Amazon sugar free gummy bears but it will make your bowels move. The service is pretty quick and the food is generally tasty. No matter what Tacobell you go to though the Mountain Dew is always a little off but I still drink it. It's a clean store, the tables are nicely scattered around the place so you're not sitting in your neighbors lap, unless you want to of course. Cinnamon twists and the apple empanadas nice. I wish they'd bring back the churro, because it is fun to say and it's delicious.
