Get rid of the single lane where you order that you can't get out of. If you had a fire break out people would have to jump out of their cars and run. Slower than molasses on a sloth. This place is run by high schoolers without a manager, doing whatever they want and they'll make your food when they get around to it. It takes forever to get food. Ok, so I pulled up and got out of the car and the dude next to me was a terrible parker and he took up 2 parking spots so I was annoyed at that. Also the parking lot smelled like marijuana. During the process of placing our order, an employee asked someone behind the line if someone's order was ready. The employee, I'm assuming a manager, starting yelling at the other employee that she was 20 orders behind and that her dining area was the last on her list. I went in for lunch. I ordered at the kiosk because I like to modify my order to have more meat and other toppings on my food. I only had cash on this day. After I placed my order, I went to the register to pay. I waited for almost 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. There was another couple that was their before me in front of me who were also waiting to place their order that was waiting for just as long. They eventually left without ordering. I had some time to spare while on my drive to work tonight. I decided to stop for a drink and nacho fries. BIGGEST MISTAKE! ONCE YOU ENTER THIS DRIVE THRU THERE IS NO WAY OUT! I was trapped in once the vehicle behind me pulled up. The service was moving at a snails pace. It took over 20 minutes to get through 3-4 cars. By the time I got to the window I just had to leave. I couldn't spare another 5-10 minutes just to wait for someone to come and take my card. I was late for my shift, and I had nothing. This place needs some new management, and a drive thru remodeling. Literally the slowest "fast" food ever. I don't think I've ever gone and waited less than 20 minutes...even if no one else is in line. Writing this review as I sit behind one car who has been waiting to place their order for at least 15 minutes because, what else do I have to do? I pulled up at 6:19pm for a drive through order, it is now 7:10pm and I am inside still retrieving items for my order. The initial handoff at the window was the completely wrong order, which was handed back then supplemented with about half of my original order. There is good news...by the time I receive my order in full, the global population will be vaccinated for the coronavirus. Also, my unborn child will have graduated preschool with a bright future ahead. I would not usually review a fast food place, but this location really struggles. If you do not have 30 minutes to wait, do not bother going. Regardless of whether you go through the drive in or inside, the wait is always ridiculous. I do not blame the workers, because they are all super friendly and nice. The store is always just incredibly understaffed. Whoever is running things at this location really needs to help them out. There are many nights my wife and I are craving Taco Bell, but simply do not go because we don't want to deal with the lo wait at this store. The last few years this place just takes too long to get food. Sometimes it is from being short staffed. Often it is because of those stupid party packs that some corporate level moron thought would be great to have. ... Ummmm NOO, it won't! This used to be the best taco bell around but over the past years it's became the worst. I came Monday night at 530. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food. Their was only one man in front of me and I only ordered nachos. The staff seem to be having a party in the kitchen and the floor was trashed. The staff was literally throwing food around. I sat in the back corner of the dining area and could hear obscenities from the kitchen. The manager could not of had a care of what was happening. I'm a gig worker and I do GrubHub or Uber eats deliveries really early in the morning. Sometimes I drive 30 minutes to deliver a nice order it when I get to this Taco Bell they didn't get the order was her having system issues. On multiple occasions, they have made me the food, even though they never got the order in enabled me to continue doing my job. The overnight crew really rocks. These guys go above and beyond. Food was good and prepared fast. Customer service was OK. My biggest complaint is how tight the curbs in the drive thru are. I drive a smallish sedan, have rarely scratched my rims before, and have never scratched a rim going through a drive thru before this, but got one of my rims scratched up pretty bad here. read more

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat late night, you should skip right past this Taco Bell and take your chances with Sheetz MTOs or the McDonald's drive thru. In the two times I've been to this locations I've waited a combined 2 1/2 hours. The first time I was stuck in this line my wife had ordered Arby's on her phone while I pulled into the Taco Bell to get something for myself. After the first 15 minutes in line of only 4 cars, without yet moving past the speaker, we saw the writing on the wall. I had no way to get out of line to go get her food first. The way this drive thru was designed, once a car gets behind you in line, there's no way out as you are trapped between the building and curb. Realizing that we were gonna be here for a while, the wife finally decided it was time to go get her food before it got cold, so she hopped out of the car to walk to the Arby's next door. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that in the time it took for 4 cars to get through the taco drive thru, she was able to get out, walk to Arby's, come back to the same spot in line I had been when she left, get back in the car, and eat an entire meal. Service was very fast and food was delicious as always. The manager (I think) or whoever the person was in charge was HORRIBLE to her worker who was working front counter, and in front of EVERYone too. Which is why I docked stars. She was being crazy rude to him, aggressive, and just overall intimidating. It made me and my boyfriend & my friend all quiet and uncomfortable because it was so awkward and we felt really bad for the cashier. He was so sweet and he looked unsettled/worried from it as well. The manager went to the back to count money I believe, she left the door open, and she was shaking her head and talking bad about the cashier right in earshot of him. She was mad because he got confused about something, which....we all make mistakes and get confused about things, no matter how long we've been working there. Let's be real . . . The food at Taco Bell is not real food. But sometimes you eat here because it's cheap or you are feeling the need for some comfort food. They just remodeled this location so it is cleaner, brighter, and modern. It makes it a little easier to eat here knowing it's fresh and clean. My husband loves the food here.
