I've been here several times and it might be the worst TB in the region. If you dine in prepare to wait at least 20 minutes for your lone burrito order to be ready. If you drive in prepare to not be given any sauces even if you ask for some. Either way you order check if the order was right because several times I've been there it's been wrong. If you order hot food prepare for it to be lukewarm or cold. If you order food prepare for the portions to be smaller than at other TBs. And if you go at all prepare to have the staff be awful to you. And make sure you ask for a receipt if you need one because they won't always give you one. It's TACO BELL and I love it... Wish I could bring some Pinot with me to help me enjoy my Tacos, Nachos Buritos, etc... The Westbury location is a good spot. They have given me the correct order overtime I'm there. They also seem to have a big enough team as not to wit for 15 minutes for your food when they're busy. The prices are pretty good , and they had a lot of good $5 deals and happy hour from 2-5 so drinks were $1 I was so happy they didn't get the order messed up , because my kids are picky eaters . Having grown up in the area, I've frequented this Taco Bell and it is hands down my favorite because of the fast service and fresh made to order ingredients. I came here for breakfast after watching many ads. I didn't love the waffle taco, but appreciated the ingenuity. It was a bit too oily for me and the waffle taco portion wasn't crispy. The crunchwrap is a whole other story. A layer of hash brown, a layer of eggs and a layer of sausage wrapped in a tortilla. It's my new favorite breakfast! So my daughter loves Taco Bell on Saturday afternoons after her theater class. She usually gets into Doristos Loco's taco. Okay so my favorite part about this TBell is that the drive through is quick and they always have Diablo sauce. The tables inside are never dirty and the staff is nice. Taco wise, I've learned to hate the hard shells because they cut the roof of your mouth and fall apart before you get a second bite. Chalupa, burritos, dollar menu galore. Most places are greedy and barely put any cheese in their cheesy roll-ups (those are underrated), while this place put more cheese than I expected (which is the amount that should be put). You would think they'd use the downtime to clean the tables, but alas they did not. A few days ago my fiancé and I ordered some late night Taco Bell from this spot. I ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunches and some other items but these are the main focus. So as I open my first (CGC) and enjoy with a nice packet of hot sauce (1) was used and the way it was torn my torn piece remains attached to the full sauce packet. Upon opening my second (CGC) I used again another hot sauce packet and torn the same way as the first. NOW everyone knows that (HOT) sauce packets from TB are the color (ORANGE).... so eating my second (CGC) I noticed after maybe my fourth bite I begin chewing something small but plastic. I'm like what in the heck is that... so I go into my mouth and pull out what is this little tiny piece of plastic. Confused I clean off the food of course and I realized that it was a piece of ripped off corner from a sauce packet from TB.. BUT HERES THE KICKER THE FREAKING PIECE OF PLASTIC WAS FROM A (FIRE) SAUCE PACKET.. Everyone knows that the fire sauce packet is the color (RED). So how in the hell did a fire sauce packet corner get into my food. I didn't even use a fire sauce packet I used hot. How freaking DISGUSTING & UNSANITARY that is...
