It looks like you can pick anywhere to sit and eventually someone will come over to take your order. All the wait staff were very nice and patient with us, as I was indecisive with what I wanted to order; everything looked so good! To order, there was a QR code on the table that you can scan and then browse the menu on your phone. A bit random but I really appreciated the bag hooks that were on the side of the table! I ended up ordering a Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla and my friend ordered a Regular Margarita and a Carne Asada Burrito. We were both very happy with our choices! Flavorful and fresh, my quesadilla was the perfect size and my friends burrito was pretty filling that she had to pack the rest to go. There is also a clean and spacious bathroom in the back if needed. Credit cards are accepted and they can split the bill if needed. We will be returning!

I'm a very indecisive person, and he was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable while helping me decide what to order. I had no idea Tacombi offered fish and shrimp tacos, I thought the menu was mostly beef, chicken, and pork. Rene recommended the fried fish tacos, and they were absolutely incredible. Honestly, they were some of the best tacos I've had in New York, and that's coming from someone who lives in NYC! Such a pleasant surprise. Rene also recommended our drinks, and everything was spot on. The esquites were delicious, and the bartender Bryan even came to our table to explain what a michelada was, which added a really nice personal touch to the experience. After about 30 minutes of waiting I am seeing how busy it was getting and I am waiting with another two person table by the bar, when we both see a woman walk in and asked if they could accommodate 4 people to which the manager goes "do you have a reservation ?" And she says no, didn't matter as he replies with "okay we can accommodate you give me 3 minutes for this table to pay"??? At this point I am now upset, first of all, we had a reservation and have now been waiting for nearly 45 minutes for something that should have been ready at 7 for and the table who I was waiting with also took this badly and walked out, my wife asked the unprofessional manager how it is possible for a 4 person table with no reservation to be sat so promptly but he has 2 two person tables waiting standing by the bar for a long period of time? This manager replies with "well I can't break the four top table and give it to the two tops"?? Like you can't sit the 2 reservations waiting to be sat for an extended period of time? Didn't offer any apology or nothing, some audacity, I will never be back!
