Did a mobile order to pick up at 9 am, got to taco bell at 0907 and doors were locked even tho it says open at 6 am. Went to the drive thru and was told to go wait in parking lot, had a funeral to get to so wanted to feed the kids. I understand that sometimes orders can not be placed on time, but it doesn't make sense to say it's gonna be ready at a time when it won't be. There was no one but one truck in front of me when I got back into the drive thru lane...waited in parking lot for an extra 15 minutes or so then finally got our food...there were 3 staff members that I could see, the one bringing us our food was nice and did apologize for the wait..I just wasn't too happy about the wait time. We made a stop here on the way to Shasta. I thought I should leave a review because of how great they were. I don't typically leave fast food reviews; however, this one is worth the time. They had great service, standard size, clean, and easily accessible off the freeway, and clean bathrooms. I would say compared to some places off the freeway this is the best option. read more

09/01/24 @ 11:40 am. What could improve? Everything! The young staff was rude, firstly. We ordered $42.00 worth of food. At the window, we had to remind the young man to give us one of the items as he forgot. We ordered 5 items and received three sauce packets. Then the item we had to remind about was completely burnt. Smelled like burnt tortillas, and it couldn't be eaten. Then, the taco was a supreme, but it came out a regular taco. The burrito supreme was cold as ice. The lettuce (3 little pieces and sour cream (1 tsp worth) was at one end. Not to mention, the Burrito supreme was teeny tiny. Smaller than the plain bean burrito. We were already on the road, so we couldn't turn around to take it all back...but I wish I had!! Horrible all the way around. Driving through to visit family and needed a break and a quick meal. So disappointed in the two chicken tacos i ordered. Absolutely the worst excuse for a taco I've had. The corn taco shell were those hard side shells, they didn't even heat it. The chicken was tasteless with no seasoning at all or taste. Shredded cheese and lettuce that was it. This visit was garbage! What a waste of $11. The lady working the payment window was munching on hot cheetos when I pulled up to the window. Mexican pizza was uncut and half of it was missing ground beef/beans filling; just (2) empty tortillas shells with red sauce, cheese, & tomatoes. They were out of napkins when I went there, so the guy just handed me the food with nothing. Thank goodness I flagged down the other lady inside, who was able to get me some paper towels to use. I've been to many Taco Bell's and everyone I get a Baja blast freeze, it's my favorite thing at Taco Bell, and this location by far made the best one I've had, it wasn't icy it was smooth and super yummy and not melted at all when they gave it to me. 20/10 on the Baja blast, only reason I'm giving them a 4 is because they did forget the drink at first but after we asked, they quickly gave it to us. I got the steak chile verde fries and they were so spicy i couldn't really even eat them, my bf got a quesadilla meal and only got the quesadilla, and the quesadilla was hella spicy too. my bf's mom got a mexican pizza with light beans, they put so much beans, id say theirs abt a inch of beans piled onto it and it's all soggy and everything was just disgusting. besides the spice, it all just tasted horrible. the only things i'd recommend here are the drinks. read more

I wish I could put a zero bc the food and service was absolutely nasty at this location. First, I mobile ordered and pulled up to the window. They gave me a bag with food and tried to give me a drink I did not order. Before I drove away from the window, I double checked all my food was there and ofc it was the complete wrong order. I stayed at the window and asked them for my mobile and they proceeded to try and give me the wrong drink again. I asked for sauce bc they didn't give me that either then they told me to pull into a parking spot and wait for my food. 5 min later someone comes walking out and gives me a bag of food with NO sauce again! No big deal, I walked into the place and stood there for 10min bc the workers were ignoring me. All I wanted was a complete order with my damn sauce. I finally just called it and left, 5 min down the road I started eating and realized that the two soft tacos I ordered had nothing except for meat. Just a freakin tortilla and meat my quesadilla tasted like crap, my burrito tasted like the workers took a dump in it, and my chalupa was hard as a rock. Never go to this location, they treat you terribly. I saw them making the food while I waited for my sauce and they were just slapping everything together with no care in the world. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. These people made me wait 15 minutes for my order inside. I chose to walk in instead of waiting in the long drive-thru like but I would've been better off in the drive-thru because they prioritized those orders (even orders that were placed after mine). Anyway, I ordered my food fresco style and they ignored to follow that request, making my food inedible as I have dairy and egg allergy. The employees seem to not know what "fresco style" means and they also didn't know that most of their sauces are mayo-based. If they were trained properly and had correct knowledge of food ingredients and the ALLERGENS they contain, maybe they'd be able to do their job properly. I found it very odd that I knew more about the ingredients than the manager who answered the phone. Step up your game if you want to help raise your star count. read more

Kids working here with no manager (supposedly not there at the moment) got our order mixed up. When I went to have it corrected the girl argued with me about checking to see if the 7 layer burrito was in the Cravings box. She didn't seem to understand that I'm not going to have my family switch burritos halfway through eating them or that I was very upset my vegetarian was eating meat for the first time in 8 years because they had messed up, not us. I only asked for 1 burrito to be re-made correctly, not both. She should be happy with that. She'd also been griping to the other workers about how many people were there. When we walked in, there was only 1 other person besides the 3 of us. Afterward, 7 more walked in. I'm sure the drive thru might have been constant, but come on, you have a job! Place had gooey food and trash on the floor. I'd bet with a supervisor of some sort this might be an okay stop. Stopped in here while making my rounds doing service calls. Came in for a quick bite of lunch. I ordered three Supreme tacos and a large lemonade. The lunch is good and it's priced fairly. The dining area is very clean and the restaurant seems to be very well organized. I would definitely stop back here again for some food. Giving this establishment 1 star is very generous. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, at 2:00 pm so they weren't even busy. By the time I got to the window, you could see the employees goofing around and playing on their phones. My food was carelessly passed to me through the window, and the workers didn't close the lid on my Mexican pizza very well, so it spilled all over inside the to go bag before I had even opened it.
