Not even busy, fully staffed, and slooooooow this Friday night 8:34 pm Self ordering, kiosk, and the front of the house that delivers the food was polite. He was especially polite when I pointed out that the order was screwed up, but he was polite. If you are in a hurry, I would recommend bypassing this Taco Bell. 3/1/25 - 11 pm. Ordered and paid through app. Get to the speaker and the young lady says it's too busy and they are shutting down. They ended up serving seven people in front of me, but I guess I was the cutoff even though I had ordered and paid already. No refund, nothing. Told me to cancel through the app but the app shows the order completed. No answers. Recorded and posted on Instagram. Kept calm because I wouldn't care about my job if I worked there either so there was no need to get out of control, but the disappointing part was that they said they could get fired if they gave the owner's information out. Feel like I got robbed. Ordered on app for drive thru pick up. Ordered from "value meal". Got something called a cheese roll up. It was a joke. A sliver of a tortilla that was the size of my pinky with a sprinkle of cheese. Has to be the least value related item on the menu. Shame on TB for rolling people off. read more

Avoid the drive through... Most other cars abandoned ship because of the wait. There was full staffing... Probably more employees than customers. Still sat in drive through over 30 min for a few burritos, insane. I'm genuinely curious what they were doing in there to take so long. read more

One star is even to much! If you hate your job than you shouldn't be in the customer's view, especially the drive thru! We were there tonight and not only was the woman at the drive thru extremely rude, but failed to give us a fork, napkins and a smile. It's almost like it was an inconvenience for her to take our order and then give us our food. Anyhow, we won't be back and I'd strongly advise the management team to give her a mop, bucket and a broom! read more

Horrible experiences here, 1st time I went the guy who took my order was so stoned he had me give him my order about 3 times and still got the order wrong, my friend ordered and they got his order wrong, a week later we went back and forgot our friends order so we drove back arriving at about 12:45 am, the store is supposed to be open until 1am, so I cannot express enough the unprofessionalism of this particular location, never have I ever experienced someone so stoned while taking an order, couldn't wait till after work buddy?? I also don't believe weed can get you that buzzed the guy was probably drinking on the job... anyways my friend was starved that night thanks to Taco Bell, if you're going to close early every night then change your closing hours because I'll never get that 15 minutes of a drive and gas back. If you're deciding to get here 10 minutes before closing forget it, these guys are off the clock smoking a joint with the doors closed and the lights off or something idk. Gross bathroom and the longest wait for 4 beefy 5 layer burritos ever.

It's Taco Bell, you know what your getting when you go we all know it's not great quality food, my review is more about the customer service or lack of. I went to the drive-through and ordered three things 2 drinks and some Cinnabon delights the drinks were fine the Cinnabon delights however which took 11 minutes to get in the drive-through were cold in the middle so I brought them back inside to let them know that they were icicles in the middle so they weren't cooked properly Melody who appeared to be a shift leader or manager or some thing was so rude and told me that I was wrong because they were freshly made and that is just how they come. She offered no apology she insisted that I was wrong. I asked her to make me a new order which she refused to do so then I asked for my money back and she had no response. She then went over to the cashier who was working the drive-through and was talking about me loudly so that I could hear and then they both laughed, she then told me that I needed to hold on for a refund and took another eight minutes doing nonsense around the store just to make me wait for my refund. I wrote a complaint email to Taco Bell that's how rude this employee was. I was nice and respectful to her and her response was disgusting and a terrible example for the other employees. Eat here at your own risk and if you have the option don't let melody serve you. read more

I don't usually review chains because they are pretty much alike - that why they are called chains, of course. Until last week, I don;t think I had been in a Taco Bell for at least ten years, maybe more. Why go here when you have Might Taco in Buffalo for pseudo-tacos, good in their own unauthentic way? But I digress. I have to commend this location for their speed, which is taken for granted at fast food restaurants but not always to be found. For slowness in action, see the world's slowest Wendy's across the street in Windsor Locks. Anyway, we were looking for a place to order lunches that we could take several coworkers at a job site. We decided to give Taco Bell a try and order three of their large assorted taco packs of 12 tacos each. That made for 36 assorted tacos, which you might think would tax the resources of the store team. However, no worries: they had the tacos ready in five minutes and still kept the drive-through line moving. Kudos to the folks for doing a good job. And the tacos were decent. Maybe in another ten years I will return. In the meantime, I think you can count of getting your food fast enough and made well enough to keep you contented. read more

By me giving this Taco Bell four stars I should say that I am comparing it to other Taco Bell restaurants. I don' t mean to say it is as good as a fancy mexican restaurant with a menu and alcohol, etc. In general I like Taco Bell as a fast food place. But I have found a great variation in quality from one to the other. So I will be reviewing Taco Bell locations as I go to them. I've been a Taco Bell fan forever and this one happens to be the location I usually go to. It's by the airport and I like that area to visit. As Taco Bells go the food is pretty consistent and this one is no exception. I've never had to return an item here as I have in other locations. (due to sloppy made items or skimpyness) They always are friendly here and the bathroom seems to be pretty clean too. One thing we like about this particular Taco Bell is that it's right next to a Burger King so when someone in our family want's one or the other we either stop at the drive thru before heading to the other. Or if it's one of my kids I just let them walk over and pick up what they prefer. Anyway overall I like this location. read more

Ok I came here for the happy hour $1.00 fountain drinks between 2pm-5pm, but that being said. I did have a Frito burrito (says shamefully). The two people how waited on me were quite pleasant. I'm a sucker for fountain drinks over bottled or canned beverages and this place has one of the newer drink dispensers that has 2 nozzles, but you can select any of 16 different drinks. Sweet. The food was your standard $1.19 burrito and everything you would expect it to be. Sometimes, fast food is a necessary evil and craving. Hey, it's not I'm gonna write about it. Ha! read more
