This Taco Bell was the best I have had. The food was hot, tasty and fresh. It did not look thrown together. The bathrooms were immaculate. If I had to complain about one thing, it wouldn't be the place but the kiosk change. I had used the kiosks many times but could not find the Nachos Bell Grande. One would think under Nachos tab, but no. Went thru every tab. The girl at the counter couldn't tell us either. We ended up ordering at the counter. Good drive thru team. My son and I needed food prior, to catching car races at nearby Dominion Speedway. Today worked for the basics. He's more into their tacos, while I like their chollo's. These are actually quite tasty. Also the nacho supreme is delicious for the price. They got us squared away fast. That matters when hungry, Friendly and efficient employees. This chain is good for the basics. Back in the day, they were of low quality. That has changed considerably. Is it exciting? Nope but it is practical. That works for me. High marks on cleanliness. This is an important aspect. They keep a tidy restaurant. If you're in the area, good timing and can assure you, that it's a a solid choice for low price . The chicken taco supreme is a solid option. Came here to grab a quick bite on the road. Went into the bathroom. Was disgusting - toilet had poop everywhere and no soap. Reported this to the counter stud Who proceeded to walk to the back to let someone know. When he returned he told me that she said I was incorrect and that they had just fixed it. I responded that I don't care what she said I'm telling you I was just in the bathroom and there's poop on the toilet and there's no soap. And then I left. What's amusing is that there's a sign on the door noting that they take care of the bathrooms every 30 minutes and then should we have a problem they would be happy to take our comments. This TB is conveniently situated right off of I-95's Thornburg exit and near some other fast food options and gas stations. Thornburg is a favorite exit for me when traveling north, as it's easy on, easy off. It's about 40 minutes north of Richmond, before you hit Fredericksburg. I ordered three crunchy tacos, a Gordita, and a lemonade. As the passenger, I had ample time to scarf everything down before arriving home (driver selected a different chain later on for her meal). These employees go above and beyond! I can't say enough good things about this team! I had a mishap with DoorDash, someone stole my order. This is the worst Taco Bell experience I have had in a long time and I used to be a manager at Taco Bell. Walked in the cashier what looks to be the manager is trying to figure out how to log into the register to take orders. There is a woman standing at the counter with a receipt in her hand from drive through that was missing an item and no one even acknowledged her for quite some time. As the cashier goes to take my order she is confronted by the woman who is missing nachos from drive-through. I step back to let the customer in front of me to fix her order. An employee steps up to place an order for an employe meal. The cashier begins to take his order and looks at me but doesn't correct the situation. I tell the cashier they need to get it together and she doesn't bother to even attempt to take my order and continues taking the employees order. Meanwhile there are about 4 families in the dining room with drinks all waiting on their food. read more

We sat at the drive thru window for 7 minutes after being told she would be right with us. Which is fine, but she never returned. There was no one in-front of us so I am not sure what the hold up was. There were help wanted signs plastered all over the place, so probably related to staffing unfortunately. I find it weird I am writing a review for a fast food restaurant, but I had to for this Taco Bell. Not really for the establishment as a whole, but for a particular worker. I don't know her name, but she's taller with blonde hair and a voice that she definitely knows how to use. She is amazing! Seriously, best customer service... she's so happy you'd think you were at a Chik-fil-A! After a stressful day at work sometimes I stop here on my way home because I have a 5 hour commute daily, sometimes all I want is a cheesy bean burrito, but having her there to take my order and greet me makes my day. On Friday, May 22, 2020 at about 7:15pm, at the drive thru, we were asked us to pull to the front door. A male came out with his mask hanging off his ear. Masks are mandated in Virginia. He walked right up to the car like it was not a big deal. Larger guy with long hair (unkept looking) that had a grumpy/mean face. He didn't say a word and walked back in. It was clear he was pissed off. He also thought it was funny to give us 10 sauces for a $45.00 order. I wish he wore his mask, he deserves to be fired. read more

The slowest moving drive thru, you'd think being off the interstate they'd expect the volume being relatively busy. A drive thru is supposed to be effecient and fast moving. Slowest service I've ever received in a fast food joint. Was in a group of 4 and it took us about 30 mins to all be served. I made not one, but two trips to the McDonalds next store to grab milkshakes while we were waiting, and when our order finally came, one of our orders was entirely incorrect.
