The sandwiches here are excellent and tasty. We ordered two classic steak and cheese subs and a turkey sub. The staff had it ready on time when we got there to pick it up. I don't know how this place stays open. the sandwiches we ordered were ok at best. There were 2 people working on Sunday (4/26 @ 5pm), a man and a woman, when we arrived the man was sitting outside, he jumped up and quickly walked inside when he saw us coming, the woman was working at the grill when we walked in The guy obviously could care less about having a job, maybe it was a bad day, but if what he exhibited to us was his normal behavior, he should not be working in any public serving job. He was not polite, he mumbled and his body language was clearly that he did not care about being there. The lady continued to work the whole time we were there, never stopping, he jetted back outside as soon as any customers that came in behind us got their order. Give the woman a raise, make her a manager because she is the only one carrying that shop. read more

I was able to finally make a visit as I took my wife out for lunch. This place is located on Plank Rd (Rt. 3) next to Dunkin Donut, in shopping center as El Rey and Mama's Chicken. It's a small cafe/deli with limited of seatings but manageable. We ordered 4 items: 1) Chipotle Chicken 2) American Wagyu Roast Beef 3) American Wagyu Cheesesteak 4) Capastrami. All sandwiches were on point. Their breads were so airy, fluffy and delicious. Upon request you can ask it to be toasted. The chipotle chicken you get a little heat. The American roast beef was just simple, not really any flavor. The highlight of our trip was the American cheesesteak with peppers and chili relish and the Capastrami is must get item. No photos were taken for these two. You won't be disappointed. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff. The cafe/deli is very clean. I will definitely make a visit to try other items on their menu. read more

Their customer service is absolutely abhorrent. Ordered online for my family and they made the wrong salads, after returning the food to the restaurant, they argued with me about what salad I had ordered vs what I they had made. Had to show them a picture of their own food to get the right salad made. Then they proceeded to fulfill online orders instead of remaking my food! We stood there and watched them make other orders for 20 minutes before they finally remade or food. Their food is also disgusting. This is the worst tasting dressing I've ever had, the chicken is like mush. They also messed up my sisters salad, supposed to be no tomatoes and it's filled with Tomato. They do not pay attention to order details, do no care about their customers. Do not give this place your business folks. You will be highly disappointed. I have been to numerous Capriotti's and this is not your standard. The bread was low quality not the normal Capriotti bread. The Bobby I ordered had very little turkey and almost no cranberry sauce. If this was the first Capriotti's you ever went to, you would never go to another. read more

Very overpriced for basically bread and veggies. 3 people-50 bucks. That was 3 mediums and 2 drinks. No flavor and barely any meat. The tables were not clean, had to wipe off my chair. The pictures on the website are quite deceiving. I had the roast beef sandwich-weak. I had to ask for a side of mustard just to give it some flavor. My daughter had the capastrami no flavor. My wife had the turkey-bland. For the price I was expecting an awesome sandwich-I've had better at Sheetz and Wawa for a 3rd of the cost. I will not be returning. read more

I am such a fan of Capriotti's after living in Las Vegas for several years. Those Capriotti's had the best Cheesesteaks in town (IMO). I visited the one in Stafford when they opened (first location in the region) and struck out; I had high hopes for this second location in the region and visited on 6/27/24. They totally missed the mark. Like, badly. Bread and cheese were ok and reminded me of why I tried again; but the steak-ish mixture was clearly for the purposes of saving money. Service was disappointing, like Capriotti's does not train their franchises on hospitality or the basics at all. (I believe it was the husband and wife franchisee's working it on this visit- which is especially sad). That is an assumption though. Maybe 1oz of actual steak on a $19 sandwich. The rest of the "mixture" was some sort of fillers - might sound like I am exaggerating - but reminded me of what cat food looks like. Not an exaggeration.
