Highly recommend the Taco Bell located at 6303 Platt Ave in Woodland Hills. I have three Taco Bells closer to my house, but for the food quality and service I have no problem driving six and a half miles to this location. The food is always fresh (no hard beans like other Taco Bells). Modern updated dining room, but most importantly they will serve you at the counter. All other Taco Bell restaurants will tell you must order at the kiosks or you can't eat here. Not the Platt location. They always take your order personally. The staff is incredibly nice. They always say hello to my 91 year old mom, and if she's not with me they ask how she is. Special shout out to Viridiana who always greats me by name and asked how mom is. The manager of this location should teach classes to all the other Taco Bell managers. If you like Taco Bell - and face it - who doesn't. You owe it to yourself to pass by the others and give this location a try. read more

Furious!! I spend twenty minutes waiting in drive thru for the lady at the window to give me my order that has a sticker that closes the bag and I did not take the receipt as most restaurants are optioning to not hand out receipts due to limiting contact. I order a quesadilla and Grilled Cheese burrito and two beverages for my kids, only to arrive at home and I was given the wrong order. I returned to Taco Bell location and had to wait in the line again because they would not open the door as the restaurant was closed. O waited ten minutes and tried calling the restaurant which I did three times before someone answered I explained the issues and the lady that answered whom stated she was the manager hung up on me. This is my favorite Taco Bell. This is totally different from any Taco Bell. It seemed like a pleasant working environment for those who worked there, because of that service was great. Store was clean. Food was fresh and fast. There was middle school kids who raided the place about 30 minutes before we came according to the cashier.
