Just wanted to update on tacos beyondo, I have really loved this place since it opened. I have been traveling quite a bit and have not been there until just this past weekend. The food is still as consistent and delicious as day one. They have also added a number of items to the menu including chimichangas. I feel that it is important to congratulate a restaurant when they can continue to meet and exceed the opening day quality and excitement after being around for a while. Taco beyondo does this and more. Definite place to go!!!!!! read more

The employees were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They were happy to explain any item and everyone chimed in with a recommendation. When I heard about this place and read all of the positive comments on Facebook I was excited. While it wasn't my favorite restaurant, I have really missed having a Mexican joint around since Que Pasa burned down in Henniker. I really wanted this restaurant to be great, and they certainly have the right idea; they make everything fresh (almost), their menu items sound good, when the food comes out it looks presentable (nothing fancy but this is a taco joint so that's ok). That said, it all falls apart when you take the first bite. There is almost no flavor to the food at all. I don't just mean it's not spicy (which it isn't), I mean it doesn't even have enough salt & pepper...or any other seasoning for that matter. Bland food is never appealing but I find it especially offensive for "Mexican" cuisine, which usually has very bold flavors. I could overlook the terrible location, the parking lot that is not well maintained, and even the bland nondescript interior space, if the food was excellent...but the best I can say is it's edible. Given that this is a new restaurant I will give them one more try in a month or two, just in case I caught them on a bad day. Who would have thought that some of the best tacos would be found in a dumpy strip mall in Hillsborough, NH? Taco Beyondo is a much needed (and very very much appreciated) restaurant in a town otherwise somewhat lacking in the food department. The carnitas taco is awesome. read more

This place is definitely a diamond in the rough. The food is just hands down fantastic. The staff/owners are very nice and accommodating. Everything is freshly made and you can certainly taste the difference. Having tried the Barbacoa, Carnitas and fish lime tacos. Nothing disappointed ; the fish tacos were hands down some of the best I've ever had, including in San Diego. Such a great find. I would certainly be back. Considering I live in Boston MA I would happily make the trek any time for one of their delicious tacos. read more

My favorite new restaurant. I eat here regularly and the food is always up to my standard. If you are looking for quick, in and out service, it would be better to call your order in before coming. While the food is awesome and worth the wait, it's not as fast as I hoped it would be. That may come with time though. Or not, you can't rush good food. read more

The only reason we stopped here was because we wanted to see what all the hype was about with this place. When we pulled up, after driving 1.5 hours for a taco, we were questioning our judgement based on the looks of the run down strip mall. We were glad we gave this place a chance, this place was fantastic. Nothing fancy inside, but the service and food was beyond excellent. From the second we walked in the door, we were greeted with excellent service ( I am assuming this was one of the owners working the counter), she took her time explaining the menu and checked in on us a few times. The food was fresh as everyone says.. I had the fish taco and a pork taco, which were a few of the best tacos I have ever had. My wife had the chicken burrito was was stuffed with goodness, and she raved about how good it was the whole time we were there. I tried it, and it was fantastic. Prices were very reasonable. Two tacos, a burrito, a water, soda, and 15% tip for $20. You can't beat it. If you are in the area and in the mood for mexican food or a road trip to this area, stop here, you won't regret it. read more

I've been twice and enjoyed the carnitas burrito. Both times it was fresh tasting and very full. My husband had some type of taco with the soft corn tortillas and was very satisfied with the flavors. The people making the food are very friendly and eager to put out fresh quality food. It's just a little hole in the wall but they fixed it up with a fun Mexican theme. I will be back. read more

Taco Beyondo catered an event at my home this past Saturday and far exceeded my expectations. Adam was easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and even provided a server for us who was also wonderful. We chose Taco Beyondo for our event of 60 people because it's been a family favorite since it's opened. The food is fresh and delicious and we knew our guests would enjoy anything they had to offer. Hillsborough's interpretation of Mexican leaves a lot to be desired. After all the great reviews, I expected better. With few vegetarian options, I ordered bean and cheese soft taco. The lettuce was chopped iceberg, the beans were bland, and the tortilla was not fresh. Disappointed. read more

This place has me hooked on the food after one visit. Reasonably priced with great portions. So why only three stars? The customer service wasn't that great. I wasn't greated as I walked in and was stared down by the lady behind the iPad. It was an awkward interaction and I felt uncomfortable.
