Then my daughter introduced us to Cochinito Taqueria. Her exact words were something along the lines of: "You may forget about your beloved deep-fried tacos once you eat here." She was right. Completely right. In fact, after our first visit, my brain essentially went: "Deep-fried tacos? I have no memory of such things."
