When we got to our destination and opened it, there were no utensils, no sauces, and no napkins. The beans were bland with no salt or pepper packets to help. The mashed potatoes were dry and the gravy helped a bit, but not enough. After spending over $40, I expected a smoother experience. They had an extra 20 minutes to get it right, yet still missed basic essentials that made the meal disappointing. Hopefully, the staff receives additional training so paying customers can have a better experience.
