Details matter. . . I ordered online for delivery. I did not receive one of the sauces I had ordered and paid for. I would like to have tasted it as their regular sauce is not to my liking. The lemonade did not have ice nor a straw and there was a sticker placed on the lid over the hole for the straw. I removed the lid and used one of my own straws. That was the bad - now for the good. My food was delivered hot. The chicken was very good as were the fries. The slaw was a bit dry but tasty none the less. WOW! Evidently there is some construction or something going on, but we sat for 28 minutes after ordering, the dining room isn't open so no excuse for too many people. Sadly, it's not in the workers, it's the fault of the Manager. When you know something is going to take that long, you need to inform the people who went to a drive thru, and offer to give them their money back. Didn't offer a discount, didn't throw in any extra fries or anything, the food was over cooked and you could taste how old the oil must have been. Go to the location in Euless!!! read more

Staff is from the hood so they all don't care. Food can be hit or miss because of the staff. Expect long waits and attitudes.

Chakeeter is the best she was so so so pleasant and absolutely made our day with her hospitality and kindness!! She's the best. The food was great, and the place was very clean and overall we felt great being there! read more

Update: After several more visits, still doing great. First time going in tonight. The app wasn't working, I had a reward that wouldn't apply, but the manager Kailob was great. This location gave my husband food poisoning. The sausage biscuit was not very great but it was even worse when he spent the whole night vomiting. Big mistake. Do NOT eat here. I had the chicken biscuit and was okay but had bad stomach pains for awhile. They passed. This was the only place we ate this particular day, leaving it as the culprit. Nasty! read more

I don't usually give 5 stars but this location deserves it. It's Friday night and we decided to give the new Bojangles a try. Driving around the parking lot to the drive thru and every parking spot was filled, it was packed inside! From entering the drive thru to leaving it was under 10 mins. This location actually had Mac n cheese unlike the Euless location (every single time I tried to order Mac n cheese they didn't have it). The lady that took my order was very thorough, nice, and spoke clearly. Everyone in the kitchen was working hard and our food came super fast. Our order was completely correct, a first! And when I asked for hot sauce and honey they gave a lot. The food was delicious. The Mac n cheese was so good, it actually had melted cheese baked on top. The service sucks. the people are rude i've waiting 30 minutes for my food once and they gave me diet dr pepper instead of regular dr pepper otherwise their food is amazing every time. i love their mac n cheese and the tenders are flavorful and a little spicy and i recommend their ranch. read more
