So I decided to go inside during my visit this time since the drive thru was backed up and I needed to use the rest room. Upon parking I noticed 2 1 male 1 female) employees outside talking while one was smoking.. upon using the Restroom I noticed no paper towels. Toilet paper lined up on the safety rail for the toilet. That should have been my cue to leave but I didn't. The lady smoking cake inside and took my order without washing her hands. The man came inside and told everyone goodbye without a mask on by the food. Then they left with a young child that was playing at the empty table. 13 minutes later I had to ask for my food and was told I am working on that now. Went through drive. Order two taco salad and two burritos.told me to pull up we were the only ones there. Told me to go around and park in parking lot.was taking to long so we went inside. Gave use the wrong order inside. So made over toco salad boxes had sauce all over them and look up at drinking station was filthy pop everywhere all over hasn't been cleaned in months look like and there food was very bad. Do yourself a favor and DON'T go eat here!!! The worst we've ever had EVER!!! Drive thru employee female was not friendly, acted put out that we bothered her to order anything. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I don't ever get my hopes up for fast food places but this one was especially horrendous. Everything tasted weird and there was a weird liquid spilled all over the inside of our bag that most definitely did not come from our food. A little over a year ago I stopped eating here because their quality dropped to crappy service when they put three strands of Chessé on the Big Freaking Taco. Last week I stopped here to try it again around lunch time. The drive through associate claimed that their steamer was down and they could not cook food. Again today for some idiotic reason, I tried again. The steamers are still not working. If zero stars were an option I would choose that, but I'll give them the one star. We ordered a beef big freakin burrito-which they didn't have the right size Tortilla for but still charged full price-and we also ordered 3 regular bean burritos. They asked if we wanted salsa, we said no. We pay and get our food, the big freakin burrito is just a normal size burrito no lettuce or anything and the bean burritos were flavorless and has no sauce just tasteless beans. Doors were locked at noon on a Saturday. When I called to inquire as to why, the manager had a very poor attitude. Not locked due to Covid, just locked because they were "busy". There were three vehicles in the drive through. If that is too busy to serve other customers, they need to hire people that don't wear bicycle helmets to work. Manager's name is apparently Tony. Just don't go. This isn't just referring to 1 visit I've given them tons of opportunities to do better or at least decent. They take an eternity even if your the only person. Half the time they don't have something basic- yesterday it was beans. I've tried to call orders in understanding and knowing they usually take forever and they still can't get it. THEN if you still suffer all that they act hateful and are doing you a favor to feed you. Taco Bell sucks most of the time too if they would get their $hi+ together they could make a fortune more. Hire another person per shift or at least lunch and I swear the happy repeat customers would make up that $10/hr. Taco Bueno has steadily declined since being sold to CKE in the mid 90's, and has gotten increasingly worse through their successors. Aware that their food quality has drastically declined since their bankruptcy filing in 2018, I made the ill-fated decision to give them another chance (probably because I remember how good they "once" were). My visit on 12/26/2019 @ 840pm-ish was probably the last... I was served the most disgusting, inedible bean burritos that have ever been conceived on this planet. The beans were cold, completely bland (ZERO seasoning whatsoever), and were CRUNCHY!!! Imagine, if you will, bean-flavored water full of crunchy bits... of... something.... Was that crunch under-cooked beans or bits of dried bean crust from the sides of the serving pan or something even worse?? It's anyone's guess. but the possibilities are terrifying... That's what's what I get for using the drive-thru. I was about 5 miles down I-40 before I figured it out. I had the wife try one when I got to the house (at least she could heat it) just to be sure I hadn't breached the edge of sanity. She took one bite and threw it in the garbage. I now have to perform several hours of penance for that poor decision... Although the staff was gracious and friendly, it does not make up for what should be considered a "soft poisoning." Looked like they just scraped the sides of the pan. My tostada didnt have hardly any lettuce nor cheese. It had maybe ten little flakes of cheese. This is the ONLY bad Taco Bueno in Oklahoma!! It is SO disappointing every single time I try it. The beans taste like PURE SALT! They are so salty you can't even eat a burrito. The drive through line takes at least 20-30 minutes every time! And the customer service is terrible, they don't even apologize when you get up to the window finally! This is literally the worst taco bueno I've ever eaten at. I'm in town for business, and I've tried it twice. Rice so uncooked it is crunchy in the black bean burrito. All dried out - beans are hard on the Chilada platter - the chicken ... just don't do it. It is nasty. I literally dumped it out and just ate the tortilla. Pulled up to the drive thru. Had one person in front of me and no one behind me. It took them 5 mins just to take my order. I ordered 6 party burritos 6 soft tacos and 6 rice and bean party burritos. I pulled up. Paid. Sat at the window for 10mins before they asked me to pull around to the front. So I park and waited for another 12 mins and decided to go in. When I went in the manager was sitting outside smoking a cig and my food was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I drive 6 mins back home and open up a soft taco to add sauce and noticed that the meat is cold almost as if it was just pulled from the refrigerator. So my wife calls to complain. The guy that answered the phone has literally zero customer service training. We asked for a refund after explaining the whole ordeal. He puts us on hold for another 5 mins. Comes back and says could you bring the food back to the store. So they can remake it or give us a refund. But I had to bring the food back. This is the slowest and worst customer service I have EVER experienced at a taco bueno establishment. I would love for a chance to speak with the franchise owner of this store or someone from corporate that can make some changes to this store. Really like Taco Bueno. I would put them as my #1 Fast food taco joint. This restaurant is usually pretty quick to get food out. More often than not I hit the drive by and they are really fast if you grab it and go. If your in the area stop by. You should have a good experience. read more

This is a pretty good location as far as Taco Bruno's go. The service was fast and friendly. The food was decent for the price, as well as being a good value. The salsa bar is always a plus was well stocked. The lobby was clean as were the restrooms. I have been to this location several times and the service and quality of the food is consistent. I would recommend this location. I highly recommend the tortilla soup. read more

Taco hell no. Omg. I had a feeling this was a bad idea the second I walked through the door. The manager was in the back training a guy so I figured how bad could it be. The place reeked of broken dreams, lost hope and desperation. The cashier gave me a look like you sure you want to do this. Took like 15 minutes to get my order and when I opened my tacos there was pretty much nothing in them. Everything was cold and I didn't even eat my steak taco because it pretty much looked like canned dog food and was a similar temperature. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for somewhere else. I love Taco Bueno. But this location was AWFUL! There were two guys on duty. One working the line and one working the counter. We sat on the line for more than 10 minutes while the guy working he computer tried to get the couple's order right. He went and said something to the guy on the line to which he very rudely responded, "I will get to it when I'm done catching up the drive-in. They are going to have to sit and wait." Then when it was our turn, the guy on the line said "I have twenty tacos and twenty burritos to do before I can even get to yours." We stayed due to two very cranky toddlers. We ordered and waited for 15 min for our food. And it was gross. Most of it was cold, the rice was HARD, the cheese wasn't melted in the quesadilla, the party burritos were pretty much just beans.
