Not even worth rating!!!! Help is rude slow and obviously not been taught how to manage or work in fast food industry! No salsa bar, no tea available without asking and waiting forever and it's old. We've tried this place 4 times, I will give them one thing they are consistently bad. Taco meat on the regular taco has to be searched for with a magnifying glass, 8$ for lettuce and a shell.

This is what the commercial shows the brisket soft taco.

Bueno is better than Taco Bell but neither one is authentic Mexican food. They are just TexMex

I would be willing to bet, that at one time long ago, there was a sign on this building that read…read more"Gas-Beer-Ice-Worms." It looks like it has to have been in a previous life, an old-time, small-town convenience store where you pull in, gas up the boat, fill the ice chest with cheap PBR, grab a pack of night -crawlers and head to the lake. Now, the small inconspicuous building is split down the middle. A dispensary providing medicinal stress relief to the community operates in the west side and the family owned and operated Taqueria El Sabor Jarocho restaurant fills the remaining half. Driving into Skiatook from Hwy 75, the restaurant is unnoticed, and is equally invisible as you leave town headed east; mostly hidden by the vehicles parked under the old gas station canopy. It looks more like a small used car lot. The letters stenciled on the border of the old canopy that once proclaimed the restaurants existence have faded to extinction. Inside there is a small dining area with six tables that occupy the restaurant's allotted half the structure. Somewhere behind the wall in the remaining space is a functioning kitchen. A damn good one! Chips and good mild salsa come with the meal. There are several other varieties of salsa available. All good. The one that was in the little to-go cup was the best. Flavorful, a little smokey and not extremely hot. I bet they have a green salsa too. Hot plates came to the table. My wife had the beef enchiladas covered in an authentic red sauce (not tomato sauce.) Plenty of flavor on the plate, nothing bland. Beans and rice, tasty delicious as they should be. I went with the Mega Burrito. A bloated over stuffed flour tortilla filled with equal amounts of beans, rice, fajita beef, cheese and a little lettuce. The burrito was covered in queso. Excellent! The dining environment ain't enticing, but the authentic Mexican food is. 4.8 stars from over 200 reviews on Google back that up. Very good service.

The ambience is wonderful, the place is clean and the food is some of the best Mexican Food I have had in Oklahoma. Beside Mexican Food, they have great Cheeseburgers and on Fridays, they serve a healthy portion of wonderfully prepared Cat Fish. I have eaten here regularly and never been disappointed. The service is always excellent and the staff is very happy while being of service. If the staff here is not Family, they sure seem to be very close. Everyone works to gather wonderfully, very courteous and service oriented. On some days, there are children of the owners/staff at the restaurant and they are always very well behaved and add a sense of home to the atmosphere. It is a place where everyone will feel at home and, last but not lest, the prices are exceptional. Absolutely love this place.

We didn't have to wait - but you can tell they get a lot of customers. The chips were thick, fresh and crunchy, though they could have used salt. The salsa was very mild, so if you enjoy milder Mexican food, you'll probably like it. If you prefer more heat, it's easy to spice it up yourself. I asked for some hot salsa and it was very hot! I also noticed that the hamburgers looked good, and the steak fries looked amazing. They looked like Red Robin steak fries. I'd definitely be interested in trying those on my next visit. If I ever go back, I will ask for the steak fries with the tacos. I think my favorite thing about this restaurant is the interior deck where it's like you're in a cabin. With Collinsville being such a small town with limited restaurants, I could see this place be very popular. They even have corn dogs!
