Chili's is a favorite lunch spot for me but I'd never been to this one in Owasso. Very impressed with the service we had. I got my normal Oldtimer's Burger with a bowl of Chili and it came with fries. Everything was great. It was such a good value as well. A great meal and service for some weary travelers. Our waitress was bright and cheerful, and was able to get us perfect cocktails and wonderful appetizers. I placed an order on the app while sitting in the parking lot for pick up at this location. I received the text that the order was received, and then I received the text that the order is ready for pick up. When I went inside they couldn't find it. They got the "manager" Jake to look for it and he said he couldn't find it. I showed him my email receipt, the order that was placed today, the text messages, and the notice from Capital One that the payment was deducted from my account. His response was "well we don't have it." When I asked him what we can do about this he said "we don't have it, good night." Absolute. Worst. Customer service. Ever. I've eaten at chili's before but have never ordered it to go. Usually every time I order food to go usually the restaurant forgets to read the fine details such as silverware or extra sauce. Not only were the portions massive, the food was timed perfectly and they didn't forget a thing from what I wrote in the notes. Definitely will be ordering again. read more

The food is pretty much always wrong or just thrown together. It's sad because it's also pricey for essentially reheated frozen food. The chicken is so coated in Cajun seasoning you can't even eat it. I just wish they did more quality control. read more

Like gas station in Mississippi bad. There was something underneath my table that made my boots slip around. The booths had big cracks in them, exposing the insulation. We visited Chili's recently....I had a feeling it wouldn't be stellar since the tables were filthy and sticky. Our waiter seemed to be pretty good aside from forgetting my son's drink-but I get it. I had to send my silverware back because it was dirty. My husband got shrimp tacos. The shrimp was ice cold. My appetizer platter came out cold & the drinks were just ok. I asked how the shrimp was prepared for fear my husband may get sick and the waiter said he couldn't disclose that to me?! We asked for the manager who reluctantly came over to our table over 15 minutes after and said he was remaking the tables food seemingly to avoid answering questions on why out tables food took forever to come out and was cold to boot. We had to take it togo anyway since we had an appointment so it was a bad experience all the way around. Thankfully we have lots of restaurants near us so likely will not be visiting chili's again anytime soon. read more

I hadn't been to a Chilis in a while so I was interested to see the menu had evolved somewhat with new choices. There is a pretty broad selection of food from Tex-Mex to steaks and more traditional American foods. We ordered burgers. M got the traditional and I ordered the sunrise burger. The sunrise was great. Full of flavor and huge. I especially liked the pickles they put on it. They are different than the run of the mill pickles. A piece of the hamburger broke off and I picked it up and ate it separately. It was really good meat. I'm not a big fan of the fries. Nothing special about them. read more

This place is pretty much the best of a bad area. If you don't want Applebees, have already had Subway and you hate your body, I guess this place is your best bet. The BBQ Sauce was a little too sweet and altogether mediocre. A companion who had the ribs was unimpressed. Another who had the chicken fajitas said that the were good although a little oily. I had a black bean veggie patty with the Shiner Bock BBQ sauce and the shoestring onion rings on it. The black bean burger was fairly bland ( even for a veggie burger ), there was not enough sauce on the bun, and the sauce wasn't very good to begin with. I would recommend it to anyone I liked. The fries were so salty I think my cholesterol now has high cholesterol. Seriously I wouldn't be surprised if they just brushed some of the salt off the fries to salt the steaks. Regarding the service, we were seated immediately and our drinks were refilled before we had to ask, which I imagine was challenging since we each finished 4 or 5 glasses ( give us a break it was like 105 with humidity). We talked with the manager, and while I feel he had it in his power to allow this, he did not make any concessions for us. The service has gone noticeably downhill, with drinks left unfilled and orders wrong, but the biggest problem is the food.
