Wow blow away by Taco Cabo! They were friendly as soon as we walked in the door and had a large offering of Mexican dishes like fajitas, burritos, quesadillas, tacos, and even had some fresh baked goods next to the register. It was busy which was good to see, you can tell the place is loved. The owner was so personable and kind making us feel like friends or family even though it was our first time. The food was excellent, everything was fresh and made to order. It was pretty busy during lunch time which was good to see! Over all, definitely would be back here.

The chefs on the patio brought us samples to try as we waited for our food. Got to talk to owner and sit and enjoy beautiful river. The entire place is amazing! Get the crane asada or the Al pastor!

While this is a great location (the outdoor section of the restaurant faces the Yampa River), the service is luke-warm and the food is what can be expected from any average Mexican restaurant. The pricing was high. We spent $65 on nachos, 4 tacos and 1 margarita. The tortillas for the tacos were not steamed, so they were broken before we even picked them up. While my Colorado Pork tacos were spicy and flavorful, my husband's Carna Asada tacos were flavorless and more like fajitas. My margarita was $15, came in a 14oz plastic cup and was pre-mixed, poured from a plastic spigoted drink dispenser.

Service was incredibly fast. Food hit the spot. But the real winner were the skinny margaritas. If you didn't get one you didn't really go. This is a fun spot to chill right by the Yampa River too!

Great food, good salsa, good chips, good service, great view of river and mountain. I ordered the carne asada burrito and it was delectable- good mix of meat and rice etc.

Great experience at Taco Cabo! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I got the steak burrito and it was cooked perfectly. I sat outside next to the Yampa river while eating my food and it was such a serene setting. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Live music tonight and maybe one of the best views of the river. Inside bar and one outside. Since it is a taco bar you can imagine that Mexican drinks and beers are featured but they have a full bar of options.

Was craving some Mexican food and found this place near steamboat. Small local business so decided to give it a try. Good service here. Ordered at the counter and had our food brought out to us. The horchata was creamy and has a good cinnamon flavor. The crispy barbacoa taco and chorizo breakfast burrito were delicious. It has great flavors and be sure to grab some salsa. Small cozy restaurant with a good amount of seating. Looking to come back for another burrito!

We visited Taco Cabo for breakfast while in Steamboat and it didn't disappoint! There was no one else dining in, so we got primo seats on the patio right along the river. We ordered inside at the counter and the staff brought our orders out to us. We both went with the breakfast burrito. Mine came with chorizo, egg, cheese, shredded hash brown, and fresh pico. It was tasty and really filling! The pretty views were worth sitting outside on this chilly morning. Would love to come back and give the dinner menu a try!

Great outdoor space overlooking water! Plenty of deck space and tables. Inside is small but clean and tidy. You order from an inside counter and they provide you with a table number to bring to whatever table you prefer. I got the chicken soup and it was packed full of chicken and flavorful. We also got brisket and carne asada tacos. While they were small, they were really good. The queso with meat was delicious as well. Bathrooms were very clean!

In my husbands words- I'm either too hungry to know better or this really is one of the best tacos I've had in a long time. This place was great and a much needed rest stop after a family mountain biking morning. The line was long but moved rather quickly. We easily found a place to sit outside by the patio where we could watch the river run by. The food was great and I don't often say that about Mexican food in Colorado Drinks were a bit pricey but the margs were great too. Over all would recommend and will come back next time we are in Steamboat!

Great food, every time. Ken runs a great restaurant for Mexican food. We especially love the burritos.

This shop isn't like a typical modern boba shop. Instead, the interior is very reminiscent of a classic coffee shop - warm and cozy with plenty of tables and seating. I noticed tins filled with tea leaves above an espresso machine, making me believe that they brew both espresso and tea in the machine. I didn't see them making my drink though! Alteatude, 24oz, 50% Sweet ($8.80) - Starting with the good, the milk tea is pretty decent. It doesn't have the strongest tea flavor but I can tell there's a slight bit of assam fruity undertones. The bobarista told me that they use 30cc of fructose in regular drinks. I don't really know what that correspond to so I went ahead and asked for half sweet which I found to be quite pleasant. They add non dairy creamer to bulk up the drink. It's mixed well and not added in enough quantity to make the drink gritty. Surprisingly the ice level is good at full with only a couple of small chips remaining after completely cooling down. Now onto the bad. This drink comes with one topping which of course we went with the boba. Unfortunately the boba here is terrible. While I appreciate that they marinate the pearls well, making them sweet and giving them a soft sticky coating, most are extremely undercooked with pebble-like and chalky interiors. They are almost raw in the center. The pearls also stick together into larger blocks which isn't great. For some reason, some of the tapioca balls seem to be more cooked than others making me wonder if they mix boba batches together. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 1/5 Over $10 after tax and tip for this quality of boba ehhh. Then again this is the only actual boba shop in Estes Park so there's not exactly any other choice.
