So 5 of us went to a different eatery and enjoyed drinks and delicious food and smiles with appreciation next door where we were valued and shown some class. This same wonderful employee doesn't understand the food service industry protocol that requires smiling, being respectful and your tip will reflect the appreciation for good service and being treated respectfully and appreciatively.
