The place is easy to get to at its location just off 295, and though it doesn't look like much from the outside, it is well kept and clean when you enter. We did the all you can eat and added the $5 extra for the premium meats such as skirt steak and ribeye. Since it was the first time for us, we ordered an appetizer from the all you can eat menu. The Queso Fundido was very tasty, but in retrospect, the cheese and corn in the dish, though small in size, took away belly space that could have been used for something more meaty. We also ordered tacos of Barbacoa lamb (it comes ready from the kitchen), but the remainder of our meal was cooked on the table's grill. Ribeye was especially tasty with a very flavorful seasoning on it. We went back for a second round on it and the skirt steak. The tortillas seemed on the thin side, which I completely approved of, as it meant more belly space remained available for the meats. The servers were friendly and attentive, and even when it started getting busier at 6PM, they were there when we needed them, and patient with our first visit slowness when deciding on what/how to proceed. They were changing out our grill top after every new order to make certain it conducted heat well for max searing, and we never had to wait more than a handful of minutes for the meat to arrive after ordering. In the end, we ordered two meats at a time, along with tortillas for tacos, and that seemed to work well for us. My only regret is that we didn't splurge on the guacamole, but the variety of salsas they offered worked just fine. Legroom can be right under the table for a taller person, but it's doable. It took us almost a year to visit after they opened, but it won't be nearly that long before we return.

With some snow occurring early Saturday afternoon the business only had a few patrons, my meal came out quickly and I was on my way home. My car filled with the enticing smell and I was tempted to look in the bag, but I pressed on. I tried the large clamshell container of potato salad first. Large portion and perfectly cooked pieces of potato, carrot and haricot vert tossed in ample mayo. Not too sweet, no criticism at all on this very good salad. The garnachas looked a little beat up from the ride but easily fixed. Flavor and presentation wise these were very similar to ones I get at just one place in my neighborhood. However the portion size was almost triple, same amount of crispy tortillas, but each was piled high with melt in your mouth ground beef. The large pup was amazing too. This was rice based with cheese diced tomato and probably tilapia. The most unique one I've had. Service was friendly and there was no language barrier. I'll likely return in a few days to try more things. I'm at 4.5 and can't wait to see others weigh in on this place.

The lunch menu is fairly comprehensive with variations of beef, chicken and pork used as primary ingredients in styles Asada, Empanizada, a la Mexicana and Encebollado. They also do the traditional Tostados, Quesadillas, Burritos, Tortillas and Tacos. I ordered the Pechuga Empanizada (Breaded Chicken Cutlet with Rice and Black Beans), and Jugos Naturales de Pina (Pineapple Juice). The plate came with Black Beans and White Rice. It was very big for a lunch. There were two large, thin breaded chicken breasts, lightly browned, with a wedge of lime for seasoning. A couple of raw onion rings, slices of radish, and a pile of lettuce completed the performance. I cut everything with my fork and enjoyed every bite. All was tasty, complementary, and filling (I did not finish the rice). The Pineapple Juice was cool and refreshing with a nice bite of just juiced pulpy fruit. This was an excellent lunch in a comfortable setting.
