I love some Chipotle, but this location is kind of subpar. Here are some reasons: 1) We ordered our food to be ready for pick up at 5:30 PM (via the app), and it was like 10 minutes late. Granted, this is more of a minor point because we ordered our food at 5:15 PM, so I wasn't surprised that it took them a few extra minutes. 2) My burrito bowl was not packed full of goodness. Very little cheese, which was kind of disappointing, and the steak tasted kind of flavorless and old. My wife's burrito was also not great. 3) The guacamole we got on the side (with some chips) was flavorless too. We had to add salt to it to try to bring it to life. Overall, all of the food was kind of bad, so it's hard to give this location a decent score. read more

Before I started this review, I can see the complaints I have are par for the course here. Here is a photo of my salad. This is the third time in a row I have received a salad like this over the past few months. Each time it's barely full, barely any lettuce. It's a salad; I'm actually saving the company money! I don't even get rice in it. Why is it not filled with lettuce? At least fill the container. I also had an issue with a previous order where they left the fruit and drink out of a kids meal. The order was through Door Dash and they were only able to offer a small credit. I had also complained about the empty salad. This Chipotle recently opened, and it hasn't dissapointed at all. I have ordered from here twice already, and it was amazing. The meat's seasoning has the perfect amount of spice and flavor. The rice is always perfectly cooked, and the cheese and queso adds a nice flavor to the burritos and burrito bowls. They always give you more than enough food, for a low price! Plus, they also have vegan options and options for when you're on a diet. Finally, the inside is always clean and they are very quick. Not sure this location was ready for their grand opening. After 3 visits, I quickly noticed that there is a lack of staff during their busiest times/days. Typically, I order through the mobile app to avoid the long lines during their high traffic but at this location it does not help. Every visit is met with long lines and a long wait for all online orders. Most locations have a full team on their line and a smaller team to fulfill online orders. At this location, there is ONE person on the line and ONE person running around fulfilling orders and working the register. My last visit, I waited approx 40 min for my online order. Today was my worst Chipotle experience. I haven't been in years, but after my latest visit today, I may be turned off completely. The 4th of July closing staff were visibly irritated, underprepared, rude, sloppy, and completely disorganized. Due to a protein shortage, my order took nearly 30 minutes to prepare. This results from a communication breakdown between the line and kitchen staff. While the lobby was nearly closed and attended to (because of the 3 PM closing), I haven't seen a more cross-contaminated line at any fast-casual restaurant post covid than I witnessed today. The service here is pretty lackluster, and that's being generous. I would say only 1/3 of the chicken for my burrito bowl actually made it into my bowl because the chicken from spoon was tossed carelessly at the side of the bowl. The lady making my bowl then proceeded to add giant heaping piles of salsa onto my bowl, which screwed up the proportions and killed any desire I had to eat. Among the dozen or so people waiting in there as well, I spoke to 2 people who had been waiting since 6:50 (keep in mind it was around 8:00 by now) and they both said this was a normal occurrence at this location. The restaurant says online orders only, however a constant flow of people kept entering the restaurant and ordering in person, getting their food way quicker than anyone else who ordered online. Staff was rude whenever people would try to ask them what was happening, which I sort of understand, but when people order 20 minutes before getting to the restaurant and still wait over an hour with no food... come on.
