I sat in the parking lot for five minutes before calling and asking if I could pick up through the drive-through lane, even though they never opened it officially for operation. Poor hygiene habits. I order 2 bowls, before I was served the server was helping another customer check out and looked like she was going to take off her gloves once she was done but once she passed a division she stopped and pretended remove her gloves. I was uncertain whether she changed her gloves or not because she passed that division, but it was literally seconds and she had gloves on so she would've had to have the same gloves. To be certain after she finished checking me out I observed her and noticed when she went to help the next person she never changed her gloves. She just went to help them after being on the register. I don't care whether a store looks nice or not. You have to have good hygiene. This kind of behavior shows there isn't good hygiene and nor do they care. All she had to do was be honest and then remake it. It's okay to make a mistake and just fix it. That's not a problem, but they're in denial of the conditions that they create and if you look at other complaints about hygiene, it's the same thing no washing hands no changing new gloves. Ordered a homewrecker burrito apparently not in a language that the kid behind the counter recognized (he seemed to do quite well BSing with his counter mates however.) Teslas are assembled in less time. Lunch was edible but the service was hard to swallow. One and done. Mediocrity is available on every corner so absolutely no need to return here. Idk why all the bad reviews! I am not usually a fan of chains, but I was in the area and pressed for time. Always greeted with a "Welcome to Moe's" and a smile. You go down the line and pick your ingredients for whatever your "base" is; tacos, burritos, bowls, salads. I went with a salad, added black beans, grilled chicken, corn, jalapeños, Pico de Gallo and a spicy dressing on the side. It also came with chips and your choosing of salsa from the salsa bar. I thought the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. It was a big salad so had half for lunch and the rest for dinner. The staff was very pleasant and the place was clean. read more

Really disappointed with my first visit at this new location. In years prior, I was able to redeem my birthday reward for a burrito bowl since I do not eat the tortilla, however at this location they refused to let me get the bowl even though the prices were the same for a ground beef burrito/bowl. Overall cleanliness was good and one of the employees assisted me in throwing out the tortilla before I left the store. I have been to this location several times. Never have i had a bad experience. Always very clean and food changed out frequently. The woman manager is on top of the entire establishment. Ordered online. Tried to go through order at pickup, and manager kept telling me that "everything is there". Got home to find that 4 items were missing from the order. Called the store back trying to get a refund, and the manager kept telling me that I had to wait for the General Manager to arrive and call me back. No apologies for the error or attempts to make it right. Kept promising they would call me back but didn't. Then, when I called back, the manager I was talking to was gone for the day. Update: My last call of the day reached the general manager, and he issued a partial refund just for the items missed. Nothing additional to compensate for how they handled the situation. He just said he would "take care of me" next time. After this, there will not be a next time. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. Ordered on the app (extremely specific one would say). Order a simple chicken quesadilla with various condiments, however to my surprise they had stopped plucking their chickens today. Guess I'm vegetarian tonight, not to discriminate. Upon calling the store to sell them my grass fed chickens, a worker picked the phone with a wonderful "yea?" greeting. Makes me wonder why she isn't the manager yet... big promotion in her future. As I ate my meatless snack, I patiently waited for some sort of authority to answer the phone and solve all my problems. The manager (maybe, didn't really introduce as such) finally got on the phone, and asked for my order number that I repeated 10 times- 3 times, but 10 makes it more dramatic. Customer service was terrible. Got charged almost 2$ for a tiny cup of tap water. Couldn't believe it, I've never experienced anything in my entire life like that (or ever heard about anything like that happening to someone else). And never thought I would at Moe's. Been going to Moe's for many years and never seen anything remotely like that before. When I inquired why, they weren't friendly about it either. Food also seemed to be below what I considered standard for a typical Moe's location. Would also like to echo the comments of many of the other reviewers who noted the skimping on portions. Can attest to that. By far the worst location I've been too, and you can be sure I will never be showing up at this particular location ever again. Received 4 maybe 5 little cubes of chicken, pinto beans were not cooked, lettuce was wilted, no hard rock salsa, had to ask for the free chips, server was not fluent in English. The staff is EXTREMELY unhelpful and inconsiderate. I asked for a little extra rice and beans in my burrito since I don't get a lot of other ingredients. They said no.. then I asked to have it on the grill since I don't like cold burritos and they only had it on the grill for like 5 seconds. I asked to put it back on and they said they "can't". Didn't feel too welcomed upon entering the establishment. This was only my second time at Moes and the ordering process felt very rushed. My fiancée ordered first and the attendant gave her the very last of hard and dry rice as her base. We both ordered the ear muffs bowl. Then proceeds to exchange that rice for new rice once she made mine. I really felt she should have given us both the newer rice or a mixture of both. Anyway we add all of our toppings but I forget to add extra sour cream. Before we paid I asked if I could have extra sour creams as all toppings are included. I was met with a stare of confusion by one of the workers who looked as if she didn't understand and proceeds to put a side of sour cream in a separate container with my order. At the register the attendant tried to charge me for it! The same extra sour cream my fiancé got, free of charge. I then said I would like to add more to my bowl while I'm in line now. And he started saying it was too late to add extras. To add insult to injury the register clerk decides to throw the soda cups on top of the nachos that cane with out meal. I thought that was very unprofessional especially when handling people's food. It would have been better to either hand the cups to us or sit them on the side. All in all not a good experience. I went to Moe's Southwest Grill on Sunday night and the food has always been great service and the same with the food. The chef who made our food was very nice and very fast. We were there at 6:00 and there was only one other couple in the restaurant and we were in and out within ten minutes. We got home and had our food and it was very good as always. I got a power wagon which is just a crunchy taco with ground beef, lettuce, and cheese. The ground beef was cooked very well and it was all great. My mom had a quesadilla with chicken, lettuce, cheese,pico, and sour cream. She said that was grilled to perfection and it had just enough of everything in every bite. Every Moe's looks the same but they always have wonderful music playing and fun pictures on the walls. We highly recommend Moe's Southwest Grill if you are looking for good Mexican food that is savory and put together perfectly and it is also very clean. We've never had any problems with Moe's and their service or food or the cleanliness of the restaurant. They are an awesome restaurant and always will be a top ten in my family and I's places to eat that are good list. If you haven't tried their food you really should it's in my top ten and probably always will be. Definitely go and get high quality great Mexican food. read more

Horrible Customer Service My husband went to pick up food around 9pm since I am 7 and a half months pregnant and did not feel like cooking. When he came home with the food, I immediately thought to myself that there was not a lot of food in my burrito bowl. We ordered the steak burrito bowl, which is around $10, and we barely got any beef in the bottom of the bowl. On top of that, the rice was severely under cooked and crunchy, basically to the point where I couldn't even enjoy it and stopped eating about a quarter of the way through. My husband was also dissatisfied with his food as well. Since it was so late in the evening and the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes, I didn't feel like rushing back and making a complaint. I was just going to chock it up to a loss and throw my food in the garbage, and then just leave a bad review, however my husband convinced me to wait until tomorrow and go back to make the complaint to see what they would do for us. The next day, I returned shortly after they opened to bring the food back and let them know that I was dissatisfied. Almost immediately after I told the manager, Raj, of my dissatisfaction, he tried to blame it on me, saying that I was the one that made my own bowl. I said, "Yes I picked what I wanted, but I did not make the food", the problem was not with what I picked but the way the food was prepared; the rice was basically inedible. He then continued to argue with me for an additional 2 minutes and finally when I said "I paid $10 for each of these and if you don't want to make me knew bowls then just give me my money back", that's when he agreed to remake the two bowls. Then he had the audacity to tell me to leave them a good review. My main problem is not the fact that I received under quality food the night before, but how I was treated as a customer when I went back to express my dissatisfaction. Any establishment that cares about their customers would have remade the two bowls without argument, and apologized for the situation. Instead, the manager Raj, not only never apologized, but chose to argue with me and place the blame on me, the customer, and this is why I am ultimately writing this bad review. read more

We love Moe's generally, but I went this afternoon and the manager's completely unwelcoming attitude ruined it for me. He was rude, condescending, and extremely stingy - making a point to mention numerous times (and his employees) that "toppings more than the portion size cost extra". Meanwhile, I wasn't asking for anything extra. After he gave me approximately a small teaspoon worth of pico de gallo, I simply asked if he could put a little more on (evenly over my nachos). I also originally asked for nachos but chips separate, because I'd be eating them later and didn't want soggy food. Before I could even finish explaining, he cut me off to tell me I would be "charged the full amount no matter how I tried to separate things". Obviously! I did not appreciate the assumption that I was there to work his little system and get more than what I would pay for. I just wanted to eat some nachos, geez! There was also free queso today but he didn't even mention a word about it. I should've known when there was no "Welcome to Moe's!" greeting that I'd have to deal with subpar service.
