There's always a theme, but my favorites lately have been the fusions. Ramen with crispy bits of pork and two birria tacos are the things dreams are made of. The wings are a family fave and they even combine the sauces if you ask. The most recent menu had a NOLA theme. Crab boil Ramen, gumbo, a Po' Boy Bahn Mi, and hush puppies. I would have never thought to make ramen from a crab boil, but now that I've had it, I want it all the time.
